I ordered breakfast (sausage egg McMuffins, 1 coffee and a hashbrown) on the mobile app while in line at 10:23am (and was charged on my card at that time) and didnât reach the window until 10:31am. The nice employee at the window let me know Breakfast ends at 10:30am so they could only give me the coffee and hashbrown on my order, not any of the breakfast items. I asked if it were possible to still make the sandwiches as my card had already been charged and it was only 1 minute over, she ran to ask a manager and the manager let me know that my card had been refunded for the McMuffins and they could not get me the breakfast sandwiches because âthey ran out of breakfast suppliesâ. I said okay and ordered McDoubles, paid for them and went to the next window. At the next window I was handed my coffee and let the employee know I was also waiting for McDoubles and the hashbrown. She said ok and asked the cooks to get the McDoubles. I waited by that window for about 7 minutes and a big line built up behind me. I could hear the employees struggling to find my hashbrown on their end and they began disagreeing about whether my card had been charged for the mobile order or not. On my receipt and on my online banking there was no reflection that I had been refunded or would be refunded. After getting my food I went inside to ask if I would be refunded, one manager yelled to another manager if she could help me. The other manager had just taken a smoke break and reeked of cigarettes and after I explained the situation she looked annoyed and rudely asked me âso what do you wantâ?? She ended up refunding my McMuffins but this just ruined my morning, I ended up spending 45 minutes there and was treated like a nuisance when it was McDonaldâs who made everything difficult.    Read moreOne of my best friends and my teenage daughters and their best friend and I, all went here specifically to try the new BTS meal. The reason we wanted to try it is because my daughters and their friends are all fans of BTS. It was supposed to be something special for my kiddos. We were hugely disappointed!! The nuggets and french fries were fine, same old flavors... Just nuggets and fries like always. Nothing new to get excited about. The medium drink is nothing exciting. It's actually better when you order a large drink. The thing that's supposed to be exciting about this meal is that there's two sauces that come with it for a limited time only, that normally are only in Korea. These sauces are BTS band members favorite sauces and they're only in Korea. They're here in America for a limited time. So we wanted to go try the sauces. It was the sweet chili sauce and the Cajun sauce. We were actually looking forward to trying the new sauces. We drove all the way over to the McDonald's on Roberts Lane and North Chester, placed our order, and got all the way home and we had zero sauces!!! We ordered and paid for a sauce of each flavor for each meal we ordered. We ordered five of the meals. I never go to McDonald's because I hate being their guinea pig when it comes to their food, but I did this for my kids. And yet again it was a huge disappointment and the experience totally sucked! Also there was a young boy by the name of Adam I believe working there, and he knew the girls in our car.    Read moreI would give no stars if possible. Horrible food.was so nasty dry and old. I went in on the 16th order number 13 at 12:18pm. I still have receipt. Had issues with the food and went back talked to a young lady at the front counter she took my name and number and told me the management would contact me. It is now the 19th and no call, so I call the store and a female manager tells me she was sorry and if I had my receipt come on in and they would take care of the issue. So I drive all the way down there and go through the drive through. A lady answers the speaker and tells me to wait a moment. No problem I said. Then another car pulls up at the other order screen is answered order taken and up they pull. Finally the lady comes back on the speaker, I tell her who I am and why I'm there she said no problem pull up. So I did and the lady at the window identifies herself as the manager I spoke with and she needed to take my receipt and consult with another manager. She goes out of sight for a bit and comes back to tell me they will not help me at all unless I have the food from the 16th. So I ask to talk to the manager who refused to speak with me. So I asked to speak with someone from the corporate office they gave me a number to call so I called it while still sitting in the drive through of which no one will answer. Then another manager comes to the window and tells me to leave or he is calling the police on me, I said go ahead so he did.
