The employees are very pleasant better than any other McDonald's I have been to. I went to a McDonald's in Stockton on March lane and West lane and the employees wanted to fight me because they overheard me talking to a college and thought I was speaking about them. The lady that worked the drive through window came up to the window where you pick up your food and said we're your talking to me and she started me because she leaned out the window as if she was going to try and attack me. When I tried to ask her why was she so angry about a conversation she had nothing to do with and she proceeded to take off her microphone and hand out to another employee while trying to come out the door and the other employees were blocking her. All the while a drive through employee came to the window and said I'm going to have to give you a refund and I was beside myself I had dinner nothing wrong to this woman and I was to blame for everything that transpired. Even in all that I still had to put myself in her shoes she was probably having a rough day and sensitive to just about everything so if it wasn't me that happened to on sure it would have been someone behind me and who knows there could be a child with the next person to witness and be traumatized by this lady s aggressive and very unfair behavior. I just hope she is having better days for the public's sake. I also understand that in a place of work you become very close to your co workers and you lean on each other at times to make the shop run smoothly but at this point the customer was not right now treated fairly. It is the worst mickey D's I have ever been at. So this McDonald's they definitely treat you like you are a queen or king so thank you for going above and beyond for your place of employment because you make those...
Read moreOrdered 5 McDoubles no pickles or onions and another no pickles cheese or onions. Guess what?! All were made with everything on them. So frustrating because I was asked to park and after waiting over 5 minutes my order is made incorrectly, my nuggets are cold, my meat in my sandwiches looks old. I live 4 minutes down the road, so that wasn't a factor in the temperature or taste of my food. Disgusting!! The sandwiches that were ordered, well, I cant speak for those because I didn't eat them. $40 . What a waste of time and money. I won't bother calling the store because a few months back I had the same issue with cheese on my burgers and and I was told they would replace them if I took a picture of my receipt and saved it for my next visit. I did that and even had the pictures of the food, and tags that were on the sandwich wrappers and the manager was rude and said she cant replace it because it was taken care of that same night despite being told otherwise. These reviews are useless as far as getting results, but it's just a fair warning to other patrons. I will also be contacting corporate in regards to...
Read moreFast food, Fast. This McDonald's has newfangled doohickeys and chrome everything. Im just kidding. But it does have debit credit kiosks to serve customers who don't want to wait in line. This place is a small flagship of the future of fast food. Well lit, and easy to find. Convenient location to get back on to highway 99. None of that checking Google maps to figure the labyrinth that Stockton can be in many other places. I've never had a problem with this establishment during the three or so years I've worked off and on nearby. I've even slept in my truck next door at the convenience store, owing to the well lit proximity of the McDonald's parking lot lighting. Even though there's a direct link to the transient highway of trails and shortcuts between the surrounding industry agriculture and civilization, there's an absence of really troubling characters at the McDonald's itself, it may have something to do with the lighting or it may be the highway patrol station around the corner. Either way, the ratio exponentially expands in nearly every cardinal direction. Keep your wits about you and there's...
