Friendly, knowledgeable, and overall great customer service!! I’ve frequented many stores, but the Ladera Ranch location is my fav! I must give kudos to both Jackie and Krista! They’re so personable, knowledgeable, and genuine. I had been sick so I was getting juices everyday and they helped me so much by recommending additional juices for wellness and immunity. Both have always greeted me with a smile (which is so nice nowadays), and they both are thoughtful and sincere! They were not only cheering me up, but cheering me on the whole time it took me to get better. The juices are fresh pressed right there and then, giving their products maximum nutrients and health benefits—a huge plus. They remembered me at my second visit and took the time to ask how I was feeling…No other store can compete when it comes to customer service. They call me by name now as I do with them. I feel like I have two new friends! So naturally, this has become my favorite store! Thanks Jackie...

I write this immaculate review to discuss the importance of honesty. I was told that I was receiving a free smoothie, so I drove 15 mins to not receive my free smoothie that was promised to me. Instead received a specialty $8 smoothie that was very chunky. I am not pleased w the service especially from the smoothie girl Natalie. How do I even describe this gurl. Heard she fell asleep on the job-🚩. Tried to poison my friend-🚩. Drank from my smoothie. I AM SPEECHLESS. Claims she doesnt kno chemistry but has an A in the class🤔. U might be thinking what that last part has to do w Nekter, tbh idk jus had to add it in. Overall not pleased w my experience especially the smoothie maker nat. I think the boss needs to hav a serious talk w her discussing her future as a smoothie maker. The next time I come in I hope to c another 1 of those specialty smoothies for free w my name on it cuz it was kinda good jus needed a bit more blending. if not im taking my biz to ur...

I ordered two smoothies (the exact same one) with no dates and sure enough they both came with dates. This is probably the third or fourth time in a row this has happened. I love this place and the workers but for some reason they can’t seem to figure out what No Dates means. Including DoorDash fees on two of the four wrong orders, I wasted well over $70 on smoothies I can’t drink...
