My sister and I had to make a quick stop at the Mission Viejo Mall. We wanted to stop by a cafe afterwards and Oslo Coffee stood out to me for their interior and exterior decor. The reviews online also piqued my interest. We visited and had such a wonderful time!

We ordered the following: **matcha latte w oat milk (iced) **matcha special (Summerkissed, almond milk) (iced) : incredibly fruity, reminds me of fruit-flavored cereal with a hint of matcha The matcha is lighter than the other cafes we had been to.

** NORWEGIAN SALMON FOCACCIA SANDWICH: the bread is so soft. A good balance of salmon, bread, and ricotta lemon schmeae alongside cucumbers, capers, dill, and pickled onions. My sister and I devoured the sandwich within a few minutes. **Cinnamon roll

I was really excited to try this new coffee shop. It's cute, and staff is nice, but the coffee was just really disappointing. My fiancé and I went on Memorial Day, and we ended up waiting 30 minutes for our drinks. She got an iced Caramel latte and I got an iced Mocha latte. I didn't mind the wait at first because I was looking forward to the coffee. But my mocha looked like it was mostly milk. And when I tasted it, it just tasted like chocolate milk. My fiancé said her drink just tasted like caramel, but no coffee. And when I tasted hers, it really did just taste like sweet caramel and milk. Neither coffee tasted like it had actual coffee.

Because the coffee was so bad, the 30 minute wait didn't seem worth it after all. It's such a shame because the store design is beautiful and the brand identity is cool - but the coffee was bad. I don't know if I'll come back since it was a pretty far drive for us.
