Mercantile East — Local services in Ladera Ranch

A very nice mall with a lot of upscale stores. It's an outdoor mall and we visited for a massage at aspire. The massage was fantastic and I would definitely recommend to people. Of course this is about the shopping center and not one business in it. Overall I find that rating shopping malls is difficult outside of their parking but this place had nice landscaping and a fountain and some outdoor heaters and they just went the extra mile. The parking wasn't great but I've yet to see them all that...

I love having this collection of businesses so close to home. I even enjoy seeing the young generation socializing and using this center as a meet up or hang out. Although the ebike riders are becoming troublesome as they ride somewhat fast through the parking area not abiding the traffic rules. They ride on the sidewalks as people are walking in and out of businesses. Please get off your bike and walk it on the sidewalks so everyone can have a pleasant...

This place has really come along way in the last year.
