Excellent customer service. Typically I order and pay online from my home PC. Recently while out-and-about I instead ordered from my mobile phone. Something when wrong, most likely my fault since I'm a bit of an iPhone ID10T. I had to reset my Papa Murphy's password after which I thought the order went through. Upon arrival to pickup my "Large Cowboy" pizza I was told there was no order and it would take a few minutes to prepare as they were quite busy. I was in a hurry and frustrated my order was't ready so I said "forget it, I'm out-of-here". A man, who I'm guessing was the boss, grabbed from the rack a prepared pizza and handed it to me! Especially when you represent a company as a store manager. I’ve always gone in there with coupons and I’d consider myself and my family thrifty smart shoppers. Never would I expect anyone say what she said towards me as I was leaving. She told her employees things of my character that were belittling and uncalled for. For me and my family, we value the buying experience, the price And most importantly the taste. He obviously loves his job and the Papa Murphy's philosphy. There should be more young people with his passion for their role in a career path.
