Pizza Guys — Restaurant in California

I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received today, June 19, 2025.

I placed a delivery order that included two pizzas and a side, totaling over $50. One of the items I specifically ordered was a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. However, when the order arrived, the large pizza was stuffed crust cheese only, missing the pepperoni entirely.

I immediately called the store to report the mistake, and I was told that their system showed the order was for cheese. I know I selected pepperoni when placing my order. The employee offered me a $10 off coupon, but that was not an acceptable solution for a completely incorrect order, especially at this price point.

I then had to leave my home and drive to the store to have the pizza remade — which defeats the purpose of ordering delivery. I told the staff on the phone that I was coming, but when I arrived, the pizza hadn’t even been started. I had to wait another 20 minutes at the store, during which time the rest of my food — which I left at home — was getting cold.

To make matters worse, I witnessed a staff member take the incorrect pizza I had returned and put it in their personal vehicle, which is extremely concerning from a food safety and sanitation standpoint.

I am a loyal customer who orders from your location at least twice a month, and this experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I expect better customer service, accountability for mistakes, and proper handling of returned food.

I hope that management will take this matter seriously and provide a response that reflects the poor experience and inconvenience...

So I have been here several times 10+ this time the staff was short tempered, no helIo nothing. Just a also usually I always get a free 2 L of some sort of beverage. Everyone staff wise prior to my visit today have been so awesome and friendly! It’s not a big deal it only cost me three dollars to get my root beer which I did but my order wasn’t ready when I was told it would be ready nor was it correct. I left a 15% tip which I regret now because I ordered online and picked up myself. I wasn’t asking anything extra just thought it would be a nice gesture. Either way the pizza is delicious I just wish I would’ve got my free soda pop lol, as well as some sort hello, thank you, or goodbye, have a nice day would be even nice. Nothing, felt like I was talking to a robot but hey, maybe I was? Poor customer service and I unfortunately probably...

This pizza really has to be the worst in the Sacramento region. I ordered a large combo pizza. Long story short, I placed a order with them for delivery, they arrived at my residence an hour and forty-five minutes later, a tip was out of the question. I opened it up and it was soggy and greasy to boot, this was supposed to be a combo pizza, and I'm thinking, where are the toppings? I know everything is measured out for quality control but this was ridiculous. I could have made a better pizza than this, but I didn't feel like kneading dough that day. Bottom line, if you are looking for a tasty pizza parlor I can recommend two places Delish Pizza and Mountain Mike's very tasty by the way and well worth your hard...
