Dark, Drab, and Dingy. Those three words describe my dine-in experience. We dropped in for Sunday lunch. When we approached the restaurant they had both doors wide open. Why would you do that when the temperature was already warm that day?? We were greeted and shown a table. We were given menus that definitely needed a good wipe down. There was only one waitress working but I thought this cant be bad since there were only 6 customers. Well that soon changed. I immediately noticed how dark it was in the restaurant. They have these heavy drapes that block out the natural sunlight and they look like that have not been cleaned since being hung. The painted dark ceiling tiles do not help as well. The place could use a fresh coat of paint on the walls as well. I highly suggest going with white to liven up the place. Now for the food. I ordered the "breadsticks" as an appetizer which came with dipping sauces. The waitress recommended the marinara and ranch. Why ranch?? I also ordered the Antipasto salad since pasta was too heavy for a warm day. The antipasto salad was served in an overly large bowl (to make it look like a huge salad when it wasn't). The mixed greens looked old and didn't have any vibrant color to them. This salad was NOT woth $17! The "breadsticks" were not in fact breadsticks but was more of a cheesy flatbread, disappointing. Needless to say, I could've had a better tasting lunch if I went to Olive Garden.

Unexpectedly phenomenal food!!! Some of the best pesto pasta meals I’ve ever had. It was so delicious. My husband loved their lasagna, only thing my husband said he wished it had more meat. The salad was fairly good, although some pieces of lettuce were spoiled. Wasn’t offered a replacement for it, but told the waitress to check for quality. The water tasted really bad, they need to filter the water as it tasted really gross. The dessert we ordered was really delicious - it was a peanut butter gelato with a chocolate shell, drizzled with fudge, and topped with caramel and whipped cream. Overall decent prices for really delicious food. Only minor issues, and would come back! Also to note, the restaurant was really warm, the AC doesn’t work that great for hot days, customers were warm and I heard one of the employees mention how warm they were feeling too. Definitely something to consider as we aren’t even in the warm months yet. Maybe an additional AC or two can be added to provide a more comfortable experience for workers and people dining in.

I wish I could give them 100 stars! This is a wonderful, family run place. The vibe is "local, family-run restaurant in the Little Italy section of one of America's large cities". Everyone is chipping in! The seating is little tables that can be pulled apart, or pushed together depending on the size of your group. They welcome you like long-lost cousins who just got "off the boat" and feed you like food is love. LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the experience and so do the locals. At closing, half the tables still had diners enjoying beverages and conversation. They are doing a great job of serving locally via curb-side pickup and delivery as well! They are so well-run in this little spot that wait times are minimal. Also, check out the children's sports plaques on the wall. The family is supporting the local community. So your dollars aren't just buying you the best food, they're funding positive experiences for families locally, and that deserves our patronage!

I can't say enough good things about this place. My family and I went here yesterday to celebrate my birthday. Two adults and 5 kids, 3 of which are toddlers. We had a reservation but when we arrived another party had moved themselves to our reserved table. We totally understood this, as it's not uncommon in the restaurant industry. The waitstaff was very apologetic. While we were waiting outside taking pictures, a staff member offered to take a picture of our whole group. He went to wash his hands before coming back and touching my phone. That was pretty neat. We were seated quickly and offered an appetizer for the inconvenience of our table not being ready. We thought this was incredible because most other places would not have been so kind. We chose the mozzarella triangles and the kids loved them. They also had activity packets for the kids. They were full of stickers and coloring pages and other activities. This was impressive. You can tell there is a lot of thought and money going in to their youngest patrons. Moving on to the food. Two of our toddlers got the kids pizzas, which were the same portion as an individual pizza. They were huge and the kids loved them. One toddler got the Mac and cheese. Gooey and delicious! Our older boy got a calzone off the kids menu and it was very large and he was thrilled with it. Our girl got a simple pasta and ate her whole plate! One of us got the Da Vinci's Best and absolutely loved it. I tried the rolled lasagna and I was blown away. It was so savory and delicious. There was really something for all of us to enjoy. For my birthday dessert we got the chocolate fudge cake. It was very rich so all of the kids were able to have a couple of bites and it left everyone satisfied. Our server, Dakota, was friendly and attentive. Another staff member, "pops" was so kind and personable. We definitely found our new celebration restaurant. We will be back for years to come. I should add that to feed our large brood is usually pretty expensive, so imagine our surprise when the bill came and we were well under our budget!! I would give this place 100 stars if I could. It's a small place, but the...

Not impressed by the wrong order and inconvenience. Recommended by a friend I ordered take out on Friday, 6/2/17 at about four p.m. The restaurant was hardly busy. I was there early and let the gal know that I am going to Home Depot will pick the order in 20-25 minutes. Ordered spaghetti and meatballs, margarita pizza and tiramisu. Got back around 4.20 order was not ready waited another 20 minutes but staff were friendly did offer me water. Got my order and thinking everything is in order, came home to find out that the meatballs were missing. I called them back and the women who took my order picked the phone, learned that the meatball was missing. Put me on hold and did say that if they will give me a credit then put me on hold and said oh! I am sorry I took down the wrong order and meatballs were not included. We will make it if you want to come back. I explained I am on the other side of the town will not come back. Okay sorry we took the wrong order and sorry about the inconvenience! What is that? Nothing about hey how about a free appetizer for the inconvenience and your first visit so we retain you as a customer. The restaurant is overrated and apology not accepted, Taste of Tuscany. Here is an example of good customer service. At Whole Foods I purchased their whole cheese pizza for just $9.99. A few weeks ago they slightly over crusted the pizza. The gal apologized and offered me a discount of $3.00 or a free slice of specialty pizza. Of course, I took the free slice and bravo to Whole Food’s customer service. Taste of Tuscany did not make good on the wrong order and the inconvenience and untasteful customer service. The spaghetti was alright, pizza was good and tiramisu was not to die for, I have had better for a lesser price. I will bona petite at Old...

Always Perfect. They treat you like family. Okay? Sooooooooooo...........................

One of my very best friends invited me to lunch at taste of Tuscany, Been Hooked ever Since!

Get the Mostré Verde. Ooooooo Margherita Bread Chicken Parm ( Ask for extra marinara) 😉 Get the balsamic with your salad😱 I've decided I LITERALLY INTEND TO TRY EVERYTHING ON MENU. The staff is amazing and food is Sooooooooooo Goooooood!!!!!!!

The staff has proved themselves to be extremely professional 👨‍💼 and shown that they truly prepare all their food with love and they truly care about their customers.

The recipes are obviously authentic. I talk this place up every time the subject of Food Comes up and THAT would be a lot lol. I don't have anything negative to say about this place But if you ever encounter a problem with something. Be honest And Polite. I am confident that if you communicate that In an appropriate manner then you will Walk away thinking. " I'm a customer for life." I know I did. 🙂. They also made accommodations for ♿ AND coordinated with my best friend from out of State to make the day special for my sister's birthday. Although things didn't go as planned it was still an Amazing Time and an even better Memory Thank you Taste of Tuscany , I seem to remember hearing on the radio that your restaurant even helped those in need of a meal at one time during this pandemic.. for THAT I COMMEND YOU. God-bless your restaurant and Family and may you continue to be a Pillar of strength in this community. The General Manager is a remarkable young man whose character shines greater than his position. It is my opinion that He is a man of integrity and THAT is also reflected in...
