Ordered a mobile order consisting of 2 whoppers and 1 chicken fries on their app and paid 6.02 with debit card. Went in to pick up the order 15 min late and was not only ready but the manager refused to make my order or look it up to see what happened. Even after I showed both my app which actually displayed a message to pick up my order that was paid for and is literally still on my app 2 days later and the corresponding charge on my bank app.
Managers only response is "no... no ticket...". I don't care if you have a ticket, a telegram, or a hand written letter, I have a receipt and have paid for goods and or services that I have not received and you refuse service? Thats not even poor customer service that's plain theft. What business steals from customers that literally go in every day. I was there for over 2 hours hopelessly trying to convince them to help me and corporate is useless. Only offered to refund my card within 5‐30 business days....?
If this was literally any other business with trained staff trained in customer service they would have apologized to me the instant I came in and prepared the order regardless of any other aspect of this ridiculous and unacceptable situation not to mention throw in an extra item to make sure that customer left happy. Read moreI only put a handful of photos to show my overall impression of the restaurant. Myself and one other person had intended on dining in, until we observed the condition of the dining area. There was not a single clean table or chair, there was trash everywhere and there was food and condiment spills in multiple places throughout the dining area. The staff was very casual, with cell phones in hand and conversing in spanish when not speaking directly to the english speaking customers. I was not greeted or acknowledged when I came in and it took several minutes for me to have my order taken, there were no customers waiting or ordering before me. The overall attitude of the staff seemed like I was interrupting all of their breaks. I received my food, after requesting that it be changed to-go. Once home, I realized that one of the burgers I had ordered was a completely different kind of sandwich and was not comparable in price or ingredients. Read moreWe ordered thru Door Dash, and we ordered the Ch'king Spicy Chicken Sandwiches, total was over $51 it was delivered, and it wasn't the Ch'king Spicy Chicken... it was the original Chicken Meat, Cut in half, and put in Sandwich instead of the spicy one that's supposed to be in there...on both of them..... If they don't have an item, they are supposed to text us that we need to Substitute, didn't even do that.... or yet, should CANCEL it... we have had that done before, for other places... . there were not one, but, Two strands of hair in one of the sandwiches I call up, no answer, I let it ring and ring and ring, finally hung up, and called back up, and it was busy..... and the sauce they put on there, Fricking Tarter Sauce.... ... we gave Burger King another Chance, in Willits, Ca's BK, we both got SO SICK food poisoning.... made the drive home so MISERABLE... so, we are NOT ordering from Burger king EVER AGAIN..... we will be complaining to Door Dash, and I am going there tomorrow to complain to the Manager....
