Pizza Hut — Restaurant in California

Honestly I ordered my food from this Location by accident cause I normally order from the one on Figueroa but I was shocked to see that this location was poorly managed I didn’t see anybody anywhere in the place and the phone was ringing back to back to back the first 5 minutes I was standing there…the customer in front of me was super mad and told me that 2 customers had actually just walked out of there because they had not been helped I just stood there in amazement as finally out of no where comes this rep with a wacky grin on his face like the speed of lighting helping the guy then me but he had no customer service skills at all he seemed to be in a hurry n was rushing the Customers outta the store I asked him for napkins after I paid for my order and I swear he looked at me like I was saying something outta this world and then un politely said “ashhh wait one second” and gave me 4 Napkins honestly it was horrible then when I got home and saw my order it was over…. The pizza was undercooked with way so much sauce that it was dripping every time I took a bite n the worst my pet peeve always when it comes to pizza the pie was not cut right I had to recut the slices when I was eating truthfully this was the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been at I would not recommend this place to anybody in my neighborhood…not worth the $20 I paid for a medium pizza and pasta or the 10 minute drive there I’m honestly disappointed n do not anticipate going to that location ever again shame on whom ever trained the kid that was helping the customers and the no show manager who never did...

I am truly Disappointed at the Service, Management & Treatment I experienced at this Place... 😠 😡

These Young Hires, NEED adult Supervision And a Better System to handle GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The young man was truly anxiety filled , Rude and did Not know how to do a Simple REFUND Proceedure.... More Training is Definately needed. Not to mention at least one more person At the cash register on a Sat/Sunday mid evening, 7-9pm... There was No reason why this young man got an Online , Paid for Order wrong. 😠 😡

Once we got there to pick up , this young man 1. Said there was No order in my name & Rudely Dismissed us," Next"! I showed him my paid for reciept for my order, by this time my pizza had sat there for at least 45 min. Now it's cold & I'm Hot under my collar. Therefore I asked him to cancel my order & for a Refund.

This young man told me to step aside and he would help me after the Other Customers. Needless to say, I refused & said I would not move until he refunded me, got me a Manager to speak with or handed me the cash out of the Register, it was his choice.

This young man went to the back Cursing & throwing things in the back. This process went on for another 45 min. With someone on the phone trying to help him. He could not get it until another 30min. After that... But, I did get my refund &

I have been going to this pizza hut since I moved to LA and one night I had ordered a pizza to be delivered for my kids and 2 hours later I got a call from my boyfriend that the pizza still hadn't been delivered so I called the store and they said they tried to deliver it but no one answered the door. My door was wide opened with all my windows opened and my kids were in the living room waiting for it and they said no one came so when i called the store Angela answered the phone and said they cancelled my order and was really rude. She preceded to tell me that my money wouldn't be refunded for 3-5 business days. I was highly upset that my boyfriend went there and Yara the manager told him that she would call the cops and he couldn't have the pizza that I had already paid for because they were going to throw it away and all we wanted was the pizza for our kids to eat. I called and complained because people shouldn't be treated like this in customer service. Not to mention when i would go to pick up my pizzas everyone would be in the back and i would have to yell for someone to come help and they would walk out from the back with an attitude. I will never go back to this pizza hut again. The regional manager was supposed to call me and still hasn't and it has already...
