Food used to be really good. But over time the atmosphere became really uncomfortable. The cashiers have become younger and aren’t trained in manners. The chefs seem tired, angry and… unfortunately I can’t help but notice the hostility towards many of the black customers (even though blacks seem to be the majority of their customers). Time and time again I see them being rude in the front to blacks, or the chefs scoffing or getting angry in the back especially if the customer points out the order is wrong. AND I have not been back because I found short hairs in my food 🤢🤢I don’t trust this spot, and something doesn’t feel right. They should investigate if the chefs are tampering with the food. I definitely don’t trust their attitudes. And I’m sure it’s why their lines are a lot shorter and less occupied than it used to be...

It seems the meat has become a bit greasier and oilier than before. However, overall, the food remains enjoyable, and the customer service is commendable.
Personally, I value mutual respect during interactions, and I extend it to customer service agents who often face challenging situations. I ordered 4 (four) tostadas asada meat, and 4 (four) asada tacos with the special (includes a soda) the price was about $18.00 and some change. Once I arrived home to my younger siblings, I discovered that I only had two tacos and three tostadas. And the Tostas were so soggy. Horrible experience contacting the better business bureau and the owner of this particular franchise. The cook(Marco) and cashier (Caesar) both flat out called me a liar.
