‼️‼️‼️Disappointing Experience – Overpriced and Underwhelming‼️‼️‼️‼️
I recently visited this establishment with my family, and I must say, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, the service was lackluster at best. Our server seemed disinterested and inattentive, which set the tone for the rest of our meal.
To make matters worse, we were overcharged for several items on our bill. I couldn't believe that they had the audacity to charge us $5 for a small side of extra onions! That’s just ridiculous and feels more like a money grab than a reasonable charge.
As for the food, it was nothing short of mediocre. My child's hash brown was a soggy mess, completely soaked in oil and lacking any flavor. It was so unappetizing that my child didn’t even want to eat it. If you can’t get a simple hash brown right, then what hope is there for the rest of the menu?
Additionally, we noticed that the staff took the hot sauce bottle from our table without even asking if we were finished with it. It felt incredibly rude and left us scrambling to find someone to bring us another one.
Overall, this place is a far cry from a good dining experience. It reminded me of Honduras kitchen on its worst day – overpriced and disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a satisfying meal. Save your money...
Read moreI took my mom out to eat here for lunch on her birthday and right away, the location was kinda sketch, a car stopped infron of us around the corner from the restaurant for the passenger to get off and tag a wall. As we entered the parking lot of the restaurant, the restaurant entrance wall was tagged up too right underneath where it says Casa Honduras. Then I noticed it said cash only but I still went inside to see if maybe they would take zelle or venmo and the waitress said had an ATM machine inside. We ordered our food and my moms pollo guisado con tajadas was pretty good however my plate, yucca con chicharron was terrible, my plate was nothing but yucca, some pieces were still hard and wordt of all, they literally gave me 4 small pieces of the regular chicharron that you would buy in a bag at any latino market, no meat whatsoever, and only 4 pieces!!!! Then the waitress never came by again to ask if we needed anything else or when we were done and wanted our check and a box to go we had to keep calling her over. In the end, if you dont mind going into the hood for the good pollo guisado with mediocre service, but excellent air-conditioning then check it out. Other than that, it was terrible! I overall do not...
Read moreWent with a friend, Walked out disappointed. Prices are marked wrong, without proper clarifications. Got the chicken breast catracho style. Said 10 was charged 14 when i called them out they said the leg is that price . Its not marked on the menu. Waited about 30 minutes got the deep fried food. Didnt know traditional honduran food is deep fried. Chicken breast frozen not fresh probably freezer burned too. More than half of the deep fried "traditional" chicken plate tasted like rubber. The plate was saturaded with some kind of watered down red sauce. Made everything on the plate soggy and gross. Little to know flavor. Got charged total 41.50. 14 dollars for two plates and 6 dollars for an orchata 6 dollars for a coke in a 10-12oz plastic cups. Plus 1.50 to pay with card. The atm machine charges you 4 dollars to withdraw money. Not even a weed shop charges you that much. This place is desperate for money and it shows. I dont know what people are talking about but this place is garbage, hand down. Over priced, bland, unsatisfying. Yall need help with your palates. Dont recommend, go if you want to waste money. Look around, its Los Angeles youll find way better central american food than...
