Pupusería El Girasol — Restaurant in California

First I would like to say the pupusas here are great. My husband has been buying pupusas from here for almost 4 years. We don’t just get 2 or 4 we get a lot more, we spend a good amount. So we as a family went on Sunday to buy some pupusas. We got a few other things. My husband went inside to get the items because of COVID-19 there is no dine in. So as he was coming out the restaurant with the items, the tray that had 9 pupusas fell and they all ended up on the floor. These pupusas were in a aluminum tray wrapped in 1 sheet of foil. He has other stuff in the other hand, those were secured in a container and then put in a bag. So when they fell nothing happened (these had 6 pupusas) and other items. So the guy in the restaurant said let’s see what we can do. There were 2 other customers that said it was their fault because they didn’t wrap them right. We didn’t understand why these 9 were not in a container like the other 6 were. So when my husband goes to the register the lady right away very unprofessional says it’s your fault. She tells the guy that was working with her ‘it was his fault not ours’. She was very rude. He was like yes, but If you would of put them in a container like the other ones nothing would of happened. She was like I’m not going to argue with you, so I’m just going to charge you half. So my husband paid and it was not half it was more then half. When he got the pupusas he got them in a container. Wrong order from beginning, ordered 8 Chicharrón and cheese and 8 cheese pupusas , got home order had 8 cheese and 8 bean and cheese pupusas , I contacted them I lady at front recognized her mistake agreed to have 8 Chicharrón and cheese pupusas for my son to pick up at 3:30 pm , well my son picked up order and they charged him, going back to El Girasol money was reimbursed, son got home and there are 8 cheese pupusas I called talked to lady owner, she insisted order son picked up was right because she personally cooked previous order , well I the one eating and there were not a single Chicharrón and cheese in the whole dem order , this place in my opinion was the best in Salvadorean food but having to deal with irresponsible people not taking responsibility of their mistake and ignoring how frustrating is to screw someone’s meal is...

Where do I start? Hmm. I called ahead of time to order 6 pulsas. Gentleman said they’d be ready in 10-15 mins. I give them extra 10 mins and drive to pick them up. Upon arrival, the pupusas are not ready. Here I am waiting for extra 20 minutes because they’re not done. To top it off, the cole slaw is so warm and nasty. It was literally cooked and you can tell it was over 2 days old. Their salsa is so watered down its flavorless and almost orange colored because of it. The pupusas were cold and dry stuck on the plate. Mind you, I opened the order at the restaurant to make sure the food is correct. Maybe it was my fault for going 30 minutes before they closed.
