Seafood Islitas de Nayarit — Restaurant in California

Horrible and a nightmare...We waited 30 minutes for someone to clean our table so we can order one person came picked up plates and cups left and never came back to wipe down the dirty table until I had to go up three times and finally they came took our order and an hour waiting for our food she comes out to tell us they ran out of two of the three things we ordered! The food is good but the service is horrible and communication sucks how dare you still ask someone that waited over two hours for nothing to pay for our drinks!!! We never coming back here again!!! At least this location very disappointing after so many years we come here the service gets...

I came here to eat seems like the servers are more to grab attention and not tend to the guest ordering. I simply asked for crackers and yet I didn’t get them and I was watching how the server was just wanting attention by the men and attending to them more than us that are going with family to eat. I didn’t catch her name yet she is Hispanic hella make up and runs around that place like she knows what she is doing. I will not recommend coming here to family or friends. I think they changed owners because this place is going to garbage. Beware do not go especially if you have family they allow drunks and yelling in the place...

I will never be going back here! The horchata did not taste like horchata, it tasted like sugar and water. Sadly, I drank it because I had no other choice. The beans tasted like cheap canned beans they heated up. The fish and rice were okay. They gave my husband the wrong shrimp order and he had to tell them because the waiter didn't come back after taking our order, a different person took us our food. When we were going to use the hot sauces available we ended up not using them because they looked like they are never cleaned.
