This snack place has a website where they state they prefer consumers to order appose through the DoorDash app. I used their direct ordering site to place my order for pick up. I prepaid as promoted on the site. Upon arriving to the restaurant for pick up the lady working there told me she had no orders and that they no longer receive orders through their website. She could not give me any information on how to get my money back. Not to mention she was rude. A few mins later she comes back to tell me in a rude way that she is going to do my order and give it to me. I took the order because obviously I wasn’t going to lose $30.00 but at this point I was extremely bothered by the ZERO star customer service and the fact they have a cheap website that apparently...

l ordered Nutella mini pancakes with horchata ice cream. It had bananas, strawberries, drizzled with Nutella, chocolate sauce, and condensed milk. It originally comes with caramel sauce but asked for a drizzle of condensed milk instead and she has happy to substitute it.

The lady that works there was super nice and she let us sample a couple flavors before ordering. I sampled the strawberry cheesecake and that was yummy as well, so l ordered it with the Flan con Nieve (flan with ice cream). The only thing is wished the pancakes had more Nutella ;)

But other than that, it was good. They have A LOT of different creations, and everything on their menu has a picture on their wall so you can see what you're getting. Paid $25...
