Camping at Patrick's Point, pizza sounded good. The other choices are 'chain' restaurants but we try to give local if we can. This is pretty good and only about 20 minute wait. We'll have this again before one of the chain's. The camp at Patrick's Point

I lived in New York City for 4 years before moving here and I have to say this is the best pizza I have had. Easily beats New York pizza. And you can buy by the slice which I like.

I'm an out of towner and think the locals are lucky. That was some good pizza. Daughter liked her pepperoni slice of as well...and she is pickey.

My first experience with smugs was tonight. My husband and I ordered a pizza at 8pm for pick up. The website advertised the 3 topping pizza for $19. When we got there we asked why the website isnt updated to reflect the pricing and a Male with dark hair and a man bun was incredibly rude with us....leaving us feeling like the word "Smug" was perfect for the establishment. He had a raging attitude and told us "$23 dollars is completely reasonable for a pizza with thick crust and size" and he rolled his eyes at us. When he handed us our pizza he just set it down in front of us and walked away.... this was all because we simply asked why the price was different. I will be telling everyone I know to stay far away. The pizza is great....but I would eat something less appealing before I get treated like that by a place taking my money...

This review is specific to the Mckinnellyville location. It’s always been a go to for a quick slice or two. Lately, like the 5 out of 6 times there’s been like 3 to 5 old slices left, and if you ask if they’ll have any slices out soon they just flat out so no it’s going to be a while. The two guys working just seem to be standing around, not making up any new pizzas. I’d understand if it looked busy and they were whipping up whole pies to go and the ovens were tied up, but that’s not the case. Empty ovens, nobody prepping up pies on the line, just standing around doing nothing in particular. It’s a bummer because the times (few and far between) that you can get a slice the pizza is still really good. Maybe hire some folks that keep up with stocking the slice to go rack. Especially since that’s always been...

Let's begin with the highlight: What a kind man served us! Owner? Manager? He was more than concerned we got what we wanted, even double checking and asking, very attentive. We liked the concept of "rolled crust". Looked clean at quick glance.

Now for some suggestions: Heat up slices before sending out. Just a little heat makes all the difference in pizza. Have more chips and cookie options. Just a tad flavor to the pie (oregano or a hit of basil would amp it up)

While eating we decided a kind, even really really kind person, isn't always the best cook or business owner. In the end, we wouldn't return.

(I forgot to take pics of our order, but we got the slice combo meals,...
