I don't normally give reviews and not one to do negetive reviews at that but I have yet to have a good experience with this Starbucks. Today I asked if I could do a refill on my iced coffee from earlier and the employee got an immediate attitude with me. She first said we don't refill everything. I told her it was iced coffee and she said they only refill if it was purchased at that location. She then looked at the cup and scuffed "we can't if you peeled the label that's the whole point" and rolled her eyes. I told her oh I see then I will just purchase a new one in which I did. Then as I was walking away another employee yelled my name and waved a label at me saying " here's you label in case you would like a refill later" and giggled. I normally do Mobile orders but went through the line expecting to do a refill. Not only was it humiliating but also wasted my limited lunch time since I was on break. Read moreI’ve honestly been trying to give this Starbucks a chance, and at times they can be pretty good considering how busy they always are. The problem I have however, is the baristas themselves outright ignoring (today I had stood for 15 minutes) and even slamming the window in my face I typically mobile order, and many times I’ve had to leave my food/drink there since I would be late returning from my break at work. Today I went to get a refund from today’s too-late order, and the barista decided to forgo the refund and remake a sandwich I needed to eat 3 hours prior, on my meal. As she handed me the sandwich, she wished me a good day, but made no mention of issuing the refund. I didn’t even want the sandwich at this point. Had a slightly above average customer line but I had used mobile order; when I arrived and walked up to the pick up window the baristas were too busy talking amongst themselves to pay any attention to me or the customers trying to order.
