My wife and I decided to go for a drive and take advantage of the minimal pedestrian traffic at the Cabazon Outlets. While doing so I decided to add another edition to my watch collection. As soon as we walked into Kay, we were greeted by an amazing salesperson with a great attitude, Rula (SLSPRSN 000671796). I knew what I wanted but was conflicted by the choice of color way. Rula immediately did some research and compared the watch I had pictured in my phone with the inventory available. Prior to completing the transaction the service person came up to the front counter and assisted me in setting the watch accordingly. Superb customer service. Jimmy was amazing when inspecting my ring and cleaning both my necklace as my ring. Aryine was absolutely a great salesperson with the animals for the kids at St. Jude. Of course we bought one and donated it back. What an amazing experience. The manager (Luis) also tried to to find us a closer Kay's to us at home. We live in Nebraska and are traveling right now visiting family. Our Kearney store closed, then our Grand Island store closed. So the closest one for me to go to doe my warranty is a 135 miles away. So when we go out of town (rarely) I get my ring cleaned and inspected. The staff here (cabazon) were amazing. Extremely friendly, professional and courteous.
