My family has three handbags that are identical and purchased from the Cabazon Coach outlet. I tried to return one handbag, but unfortunately I did not have the receipt on hand. Luckily, the price tag was still attached to the merchandise, and I would have been happy with store credit.
During my visit to this location - The first manager (female, long blond curly hair) was very nice and polite, and agreed to issue store credit. During the transaction, there was an issue and another manager(female, dark hair) got involved. This particular manger was not only rude and disrespectful, but very judgmental to the matter. She kept informing me that if I had my receipt, they could have issued the store credit smoothly. Instead of resolving the issue with the transaction the second manager practically accused me of bringing a fake handbag to the store because the stitching inside the purse was wrong and also claimed it was not their store merchandise.
I was extremely upset and went home to look at the stitching of my other bags purchased from this particular location - all were exactly identical and I located the receipt from the bag I tried returning in which was purchased at this location!
To the team at Cabazon Coach Outlet, I’m extremely disappointed in this unprofessional, disrespectful, and judgemental behavior. I’ve been shopping at this location for numerous years, and always have a fantastic experience. But the thought of the handbag(s) I’ve purchased from this location are potentially fake is extremely disappointing, and has hindered my taste. I just still can’t wrap my head around a manager implying my handbag(s) as fake (because of the stitching), when the sales team recognized my handbag. Extremely disappointed.

While we were choosing items, we felt welcomed from some sales. But when we were paying and asked to pay with Alipay so we could get 5% extra discount, the female cashier became impatient. We felt disrespected and discriminated from her facial expression, especially when we failed to pay the first time because of the poor network connection. The second time we paid successfully.
We were upset so we asked to talk to her manager. The male manager didn't say anything helpful except asking where we were from, then we returned all items we bought immediately.
During the period of returning items, another sales, who welcomed us and told us her name before, impolitely asked my 9-year-old kid near me to get away from the line for other customers.
I'd say all the team were unprofessional. Sales only care about commission from your consumption, so they tried to let you remember their name by showing welcome to you and asked you show their name while paying. The cashier was impatient and rude. The manager didn't help customers to solve problem. We wasted at least an hour at Coach. Never come back to this store and won't choose Coach products anymore.
BTW, when they refunded, they chose to refund by cash rather than refund to my Alipay account. I guess they did this so they could still get promotion commission from Alipay because the 5% extra discount was from Alipay to its Alipay...

I have a local store in AZ that I love and when I was looking for a mini Daisy wallet they advised the closest store to have stock was in CA - on a musing, I called Alexis at Coach Cabazon late April 28 before closing(1850 pm) and quickly asked if it is even possible for them to send it to me after purchase, she immediately was so sweet and said YES! I was so thrilled but they were closing and a phone order sounded complex. I waited til today to call back and was greeted by the lovely Cynthia and she got me into contact with Alexis! She was super sweet again and apologized to me for being busy the prior evening when it was not even her fault! I advised I didn't want to rush her that night so this was perfect and she quickly retrieved my item and was able to complete my order and send me an emailed receipt in 10 minutes! I'm totally floored by COACH! New favorite store for sure - thanks SO MUCH ALEXIS!!
