I came in right after working at the Gucci store to see If I could buy a slice of pizza before they closed for the night 11/17/23 during closing hour. The female medium skin toned manager (I dont care to know her name) was very rude and gave me the rudest facial expressions and was unprofessional when telling me they are closed for the night. Very rude lady I won't go there unless she is not there and I'm considering not going there at all because when I was waiting in line today she gave me more bad evil looks almost at a harassment level. She stays on her personal phone during work hours and stays in the back not greeting customers. Went here today to try the pizza. Bad idea. Everything was good up until the lady behind the counter decides to tell me and my bf that we need to wait in line aggressively when we already ordered and waited in line. She made me walk to the back of the "line" where this couple wasn't even ordering but just looking at the display. One of the worst pizza experiences I’ve had. I ordered 2 slices of pizza and 2 fountain drinks — the total was $29. I don’t even mind the price that much if the food and service are good. But the drinks were basically just cups of ice — two sips and they were done, no refills. The pizza slices were clearly old: soggy crust, hard cheese, and barely warm. It felt like they just grabbed whatever was sitting around and served it without caring. Places like this are all about charging high prices while giving you the lowest quality possible.
