Subway — Restaurant in California

I just spent about 20 something minutes in Subway and left with no sub. The machine is down so they couldn't charge me so the cashier sent me to the gas station to pay there and the cashier at the gas station didn't know how to charge me. They couldn't get a hold of the manager and they sent me home with no sub. It was already made and will most likely be thrown out. It's not my fault they couldn't charge me and yet they didnt even offer to give me my sub which was already made. Then I was told if I want to speak to a manager to comeback later or wait til they get there. This particular location clearly doesn't care about their customers even when they overlook the fact that this location...

Had to argue with a gentleman wearing no name tag or any form of uniform, just a black tshirt and black slacks who insisted it was subways policy to not sell sandwiches if the meat was not heated, then despite asking for lots of toppings was so reluctant to give more than 5 pickle slices one would believe there was a nationwide shortage of them. Overall it was a disappointing visit and I highly suggest if you're looking for a subway in Bakersfield to go elsewhere, preferably a stand alone place, not some gas...

I love subway! But I’m not sure if at this establishment they aren’t getting breaks or getting paid to have this particular employee so unhappy. I walk in, employee looks at me stays quite.. puts her phone down after a while, gets gloves comes over , I say Goodmorning she looks at the clock then asks someone else to help me as she stands next to the area.
