What happened to the great food and quality service. I'm guessing the covid restrictions also affected the customer service and quality of the food they serve. Meats are low quality meats nowadays. Old Rice is used almost everyday. What happened to fresh food. I understand the prices are low but this doesn't mean the quality of the food had been pay the price. I'd rather pay top tier price for a quality food. Then you ask for extra hot sauce and oh lord better be ready for a earful. Ordered 2 shrimp tacos no seasoning looked like they came out of the pot with lettuce tomato avocado cream. Apparently they put 12 shrimps. Called to complain the lady tells me what you want me to do. Eating my 2nd taco I opened a piece of hair. I go and show the guy he says it's a shrimp hair. And then says u ate all 12 shrimp. This is my all time favorite burrito spot in town! The burritos are huge and has plenty of meat, rice, beans, avocado and cheese. Loyal customer here with over 15 of excellent service.
