I went during the lunch rush today on my way home. When I walked in there were 3 employees (1 working the bread meat and cheese, 1 on veggies and wrapping, and 1 on the register). Still in the middle of the lunch rush the older woman on the register walked away to the back and started working back there. The girl working on veggies then had to also check customers out, meaning much more time had to be taken in between customers since she has to wash her hands and change gloves between each transaction. Two of the customers being helped had multiple sandwich orders and, even after looking out at the line of sandwiches backed up on the counter, the older woman stayed in the back instead of helping move the line along. The only friendly acknowledgment being given out was by the girl on the veggies. The boy on meat was working very slow and hardly acknowledging the customers. At one point as he was working on sauces for a customers sandwich he leaned a hand on the top of the display glass with his gloves on. I had assumed he planned on changing gloves before starting on the next customers sandwich since he had just laid his hand down on an unclean surface which customers regularly put their hands on. Read moreI ordered online today and received perhaps the most disappointing Subway sandwich I have ever received. Long story short: you should order in person, not online. That way you can supervise the person making the sandwich, because clearly they are using online orders as an opportunity to cut corners.
Longer story: I ordered a turkey bacon guacamole sandwich and asked for it to be piled high with veggies (lots of veggies are what makes subway usually my favorite fast food!). I asked for a full helping of both lettuce and spinach. I got approximately a few leaves of spinach and a paltry sprinkling of lettuce. I asked for extra tomato and pickles, and they gave me less than I would expect in a normal serving. The portion size of the turkey was also noticeably smaller than it was even a year ago, and they forgot the guacamole entirely.
I won't order from this location again, and I'll start ordering in person at other locations...

I read other reviews from months ago and they had these issues THEN. STILL NO INITIATIVE of the management to do anything. How do you care so little for the people that make you all your money? Of course a manager can handle a rush alone, anyone would sit there alone making sandwiches on a SALARY... But other employees don't receive fair compensation for solo'ing a whole restaurant! When we see how you treat your most valuable employees, why would we want to eat the food you serve?
