Taco Bell — Restaurant in California

I’m absolutely furious at this point! Every time I come here there’s ALWAYS something wrong with my order! You can see that these people DO NOT CARE! Every taco I received literally had about 2 tomatoes, a tablespoon of meat and a little tiny sour cream in the middle of the taco, it was almost a joke!!! I literally couldn’t believe it! Also my potatoes were sooooo old as if I cooked them in the morning and left them out on the counter all day and reheat them and served them! They were chewy and barely warm! After driving home I went back and asked them to remake it, the cashier Nicholas V was very professional and apologized and I can tell he was working his best while everyone else were just taking their sweet time as if they were all zombies and lazy!!!! You can see it on everyone’s face that they did not want to be there and that they did not care! I heard Nicholas tell the kitchen TWICE to make fresh potatoes and after receiving my order I went back home and opened my food and EVERY SINGLE TACO WAS BROKEN!!!! And my potatoes were still old as if they just threw them in the microwave!!!!!!! I’m so fed up with this location!!!! I’m going to give this place one more chance and I’m going to record my entire experience and if I get the same service I will make it a mission to have the video posted everywhere and I will contact the local news and I will seek legal action!!!! Ordered food at kiosk. Sat patiently waiting for food. Food was ready after a reasonable amount of time. Realized we have not been given our drinks. Went up to the counter and stood there for a solid 3 minutes or so waiting while 2 of the 5 workers kept looking over at me and laughing. Finally a different worker came over and I informed them we didn’t get out 2 drink cups. They asked for my receipt. Showed it to them which they gave me the cups. Went back to the table and realized there was no spork in the bag as some of our food required a utensil to eat with. Reluctantly went back to the counter and this time just blurted out I needed a spork please. All the workers looked over at me then ignored my request. 4 minutes later still waiting and another gentleman walks in and states he was just in the drive through and received a completely different order then what he had ordered. They ignored that gentleman also. Now my taco shells are soggy. Mexican pizza is soggy. Still waiting for a utensil. Finally after blurting it out again someone walked over and placed a fork on the counter without saying a word. No sorry for the inconvenience. No nothing. Customer service here sucks and won’t be visiting this place again. I have lived in the area for a while and I will encourage everyone to not go to this location again. I loved coming here for the longest time, until Friday night this week. I was in drive-thru with 4 other customers for, no joke, thirty minutes. Maybe one customer walked in. I saw the front counter through the window and there were three people standing, one on the phone, one was a manager counting a drawer (it was nine-o-clock the front was still open, and clearly there was a drive-thru not moving), and the other was just looking at the the menu on the monitor. They were doing all of this with an employee on break who was sitting out front. I don't know their names, and I'm glad I will never learn them. I know that most locations require managers to know all positions in service and in grill, so none of this behavior made any sense to me. It may be healthier, but I'd rather die earlier eating at McDonald's than waste good time in a taco bell drive-thru. (just because i cant cook doesn't mean you shouldn't provide your service) P.S. When I finally arrived at the window, I asked if everything was okay in there. The man in the window said it was slow because of a lot of food orders, though the car in front of me had a single b(medium) bag of food and a drink. There were no inside customers. He tried placating me with sauce i didn't ask for, practically filling the bottom of the bag with it. There's other locations just the same distance, I wont waste any...
