I went to this Taco Bell today with my Australian Shepherd to get some tacos after work.
I was about to leave the parking lot when I noticed that my cinnamon twists were not included. I went back to the drive thru and told the woman that something was missing from my bag. She was very brisk, did not apologize and instructed me to just wait in line again.
Now there were another 4-5 cars waiting ahead of me in line and things were moving extremely slow. I would have gone inside to pick up the cinnamon twists, but I told the woman I had a dog in the car and it was 90+ degree weather so I couldnāt leave him. I didnāt want to wait another 15-20 minutes for my cinnamon twists and asked if someone could just run them out to me.
She got really snappy and said they were too busy to do that and running things out is not their job, so I would have to wait in line all over again. I waited in line for another 15 minutes and the manager was waiting for me at the window when I got there. He was even a snappier than the woman on the intercom and said āWeāll take care of this for you this time, but you need to know that it is not our job to send people outside.ā I told him that I understood mistakes happen and why he might not want to send people outside; I only asked because I couldnāt leave my dog in the car. I said the real issue was that they made a mistake with my order and were extremely rude about it. Nobody apologized for the mistake or making me wait another 15 minutes to get the missing item, all they did was speak to me with an attitude and complained about how busy they were.
None of the employees had name tags on and the manager took my receipt and put it far away on the counter behind him. I donāt think that Iāve ever been spoken to with such hostility out of all of my customer service experiences in my life.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpdate on 7-16-23 i visited this location again. And i should not have been surprised but the customer service was worse than last time. Not only did they not get the order correct they then blamed me for it when i went to have it corrected. This place is absolute garbage the employees have no idea what the hell they are doing. And to try and blame the customer for their inability to keep track of the orders. Whats they point in taking my name if you cant keep track of the orders. This place needs to go be overhauled something. Youd think the staff would get better, however it seems that lowering the standard is they way they run it. Its hard to go from incompetent to something worse yet they managed to do just that. I do plan on calling and emailing the corporate office as it seems localized management does not care about their customer base i work in customer service its really not that hard i wasnt even being rude until i got attitude. They should just pack it up and call it a day. If i could leave a negative star review it would easily be -4 stars for sure........ Don't know what happened to this place but it's gone downhill. The last three times I've visited they have messed up my order, twice, and let me stand at the counter without being even acknowledged. As team members walked by none the less. Safe to say I will not be returning. My bar for customer service isn't that high. But this place fell way, I mean waaaaay below even the most minimal of standards...

However recently I discovered that if you come in at 7:45pm (fifteen minutes before closing) that they are actually closed to certain people only. I waited in line for, yes, fifteen whole minutes at the mic to order saying āhelloā and āare you there?ā With no response. When it got to 8:00pm they are now āclosedā.
I drive away and I notice I had other behind me so I wanted to see what actually happened with them so I parked and waited. Sure enough they get to order and there is people working there. Happily I go back in line because I donāt really care about the wait I just want my food lol. Then after the three cars behind me are served they tell me immediately āSorry, we just closedā which I then tell them how I was here waiting for fifteen minutes just before and got zero response, along with no food as well.
So basically I suppose you shouldnāt drive a Honda or ever come in any time past 7:30pm (actual closing time apparently). Iām not sure why I was denied service but it ruined my night. I would give one less star but I canāt complain about the food quality...
