Tom's Burgers — Restaurant in California

It was kinda dirty the floor anyways was, the service was slow, no one (customers) inside my friend and I was the only ones in there. Still slow counter service drive through wasn't busy. Staff gives dirty looks nother one of the girls that worked the registers drive-thru and inside didn't smile didn't say hello how are you doing nothing like that they actually look like they were frowning and they look like they hate their jobs. Not a friendly atmosphere at all parking lot full of homeless people and their dogs and all their baskets hanging out they weren't trying to run them off or anything it was dirty outside trash everywhere I'm sure from the homeless. This business employees people who have no professional skills and would rather be disrespectful than resolve the fact that they served food that was poorly prepared and cold. We waited over 25 minutes to receive terrible food and when I called to resolve it by speaking to a manager I was informed that they must ask for permission to give me his contact info. The rude and immature employee said that they are not allowed to give their names per their store policy. I would not spend any money there. If you are expecting the Tom's Burger of ole....FORGET ABOUT....THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!

ive been a customer at Tom's for years but never again. there is a homeless camp right outside the restaurant. i didn't see a place to lock up my $3000 bike so I brought it inside. nobody said anything about it and I was the only customer in the place. when my food came out I was told rudely that I had to leave because they didn't allow bikes inside.

i asked where I could lock it up. they said that I could leave it unlocked outside. i asked about the homeless camp and people stealing my bike. they said that they didnt care because it wasn't their problem.

they could have said something about it before I paid for the food. as is i rode 6 miles home and the food was cold and soggy by the time I got there.
