Worst service ever. Wow. We got a server with the worst attitude! She seemed to be pissed that we got sat in her section? I ordered a Philly cheese steak, I got one piece of pepper no onions and hard bread, the meat was nasty the server was no where to be found. (The host brought our food.) We ordered two burgers "no onions" to go for our dogs. We were unsatisfied and done, she dropped the food to go, and walked away, never asking us if everything was ok? Not a word. I opened the box of burgers and saw the "extra" onions all over them. I asked her to please come here. She walked over like she was being put out to help. I showed her the onions she said I'll have them make you two more .I said no way. At this point we don't trust you to handle our food. She was so nasty. I asked her why didn't you come see if we needed anything the entire time? She said she was in the bathroom! Just wow, we have never had such bad service and the food was awful! My husband had the shrimp scampi it had so much lemon it was almost sour! Unfortunately she never came over to check we were both so hungry we ate! I ate a few bites of the sandwich and brought the meat to my dogs. We heard so many good things about this restaurant we were excited to try it. Never again, Bishop has amazing restaurants we don't need to eat here again. Ever! We sure love the casino. When we were checking out the host / cashier said this happens all the time with her!? A small but mighty restaurant inside the Pauite Palace Casino. Locals hang out here. Breakfast is our favorite meal and come here for the omelettes and chicken fried steak. Present your player's club card for a discount on your breakfast. This discount is also written on the menu, it is not a secret. On Fridays and Saturdays there is an awesome prime rib dinner, my wife's favorite. It comes with choice of type of potato baked, french fries or mashed, a veggie side dish, an onion dill bun, and au jus. They start serving this at 430 pm, and usually it sells out. You also get a discount on the prime rib with your player's club card. The service is friendly and reasonably fast except of course when they are busy. Don't forget to try their special on Wednesday evening, it is the barbecued beef ribs, thee rib portions and comes with two sides barbecue beans, coleslaw and french fries too. Out family really enjoyed this restaurant leaving extremely full and happy. There was a bit of a wait but was worth the wait. The prime rib dinner was the special that my parents split. They were so nice to split the meal for them as you see plated in the picture to maintain the presentation of the food. I Loved my rib-eye. Perfectly cooked with lots of flavor. The jackpot Alfredo dish with garlic bread was a hearty portion and heavy that my friend could not finish. The chicken club sandwich was good per my husband. They also served on the table some herb bread with whipped butter. I definitely recommend this place but be prepare to wait.
