My companions and I were travelling through and I was first in line. The manager lady said someone would be right with me, complained about the speed of the people on the grill, than called a lady over to take my order. She took my order and then I stepped to the side. While she took my second companion's order, the manager called my name and informed me for grilled chicken there would be an 8 minute wait so I switched to spicy chicken, no big deal. The lady taking orders stepped away after taking my second companions order. No drinks were given, she said nothing to the other members of my party waiting in line and she left to package my meal. When I went to get my meal after she called my name I informed her that we were all traveling together and so we would be okay waiting for our food while the other orders were taken. She immediately ran off to get my frosty instead of taking my third companions order. There was no ketchup out in the condiment area, and so when my sister got her fries she went and asked for ranch which was given to her hot. Another of my companions (once they finally had food...) another of my companions elected to ask for ketchup and when it was given to her, it had a strange milky substance in it. That same companion ordered a meal, paid for that meal, and then received a different meal of much lesser value. Her mother ordered a grilled chicken wrap which she has had at other Wendy's and said it was the worst thing she has eaten, but that the chicken was hot. Another of the ladies I was traveling with was shocked, they told her that they didn't have grilled chicken. Also in the woman's bathroom one of the toilets were leaking into both stalls. Read moreThere was a coupon in the Wendy’s app for a $1 Dave’s single. The employee at the counter scanned the coupon and then put my order as a combo. I said no this is only for the burger. She tried to fix it but could not. The manager also could not fix it and said their scanner is not working right now. Maybe the employees at the counter should be informed of that issue before scanning?? The coupon disappears from the app once it is scanned so it can’t be used at another location. Manager said they can’t honor the price on the app and they have no control over the app which I understand. However now the coupon is gone and can’t be used anywhere else. This in itself is a poor app function. If the transaction is not completed, it should not disappear. Also the individual store should be able to honor the price in the app. I’m sure they could but chose not too. Oh well, will visit other locations in the future rather than this one. Poor...
