Wendy's — Restaurant in California

I give up on this Location. The worse wait times in the drive thru. I don't know how this location stays in business. Almost every time I have been here I leave the drive thru before I am able to place my order. I have been to may other Wendy's in the bay area and never experience the delays I have her. Today was the last time I will ever go to this location. I stupidly waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. Only 3 cars in front of me. After 15 minutes, I had one car in front of me waiting to order. I notice again the pickup window was not much better, realizing by the time I get my order and leave it will have been about a half hour. That is not fast food. I again pulled out of line and left, swore I would leave a review and never, ever go there again. Complete waste of time. On my way home, I can stop at another Wendy's (San Ramon), place my order quickly, pick it up at the window and continue on my way in less than 5 minutes. This Wendy's gets a 2 star review tonight just because of the person at the order window. When we approached in our vehicle the drive thru had about 4 cars ahead of us. It's a warm night so I'm sure everybody came for the same reason as we did for the frosty's. However, after ordering 2 small frosty's 1 vanilla 1 chocolate 1 medium and one large chocolate frosty as well I drove to the window to pay the total which was about $10. At the window the woman proceeded to hand me one frosty at a time the 1st was pink I looked at it double checked it and I said is this strawberry she said yes and shook it at me like take it, I said I asked for vanilla she said well we're out of vanilla this is the new flavor. I asked my child if he would like strawberry and he said yes so I took all of my order. Overall this was a odd and unnecessary interaction . Worst time to go is Saturday night around 9pm. Once I was given my order, I took off and realized I forgot to do a quick inspection of my bags (I do this with all fast foods to make sure my food is all there). At the stop light I did a quick check and realized my baconnator burger was missing. I drove back and since the drive through line was long, I knocked at the door. After I told one of the workers I had a burger missing, they found my other bag sitting by the the drive through window. As a compensation, they through in a small fries. I checked everything again and I went home. Once home, the salad dressing for my salads were missing. I saw the pecans earlier and figured the sauce would be with it as well but nope. And, instead of forks, I was given spoons for my salad. The ranch sauce for my nuggets was replaced by a small packet of sour cream. I did however, have A LOT of napkins so...
