Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Caln Township

Stay far away from this place!!!! If I could give it zero stars I would! Not only will you wait in the drive through line forever despite how many cars are in front of you, but the staff couldn't be more incompetent if they tried!!! The order taker had no idea what pecans were despite trying to explain it to her so I had to change my order. I ordered a blizzard with 3 separate ingredients (which I know is extra charge). They accepted my order and charged me extra for the 2 additional toppings. Then they only put 1 of the toppings in my blizzard...complete rip off. On top of that, not only did they put the hot food and ice cream in the same bag, but they put a chili cheese dog in the bag on it's end so that all of the toppings ran off and leaked into the bag. Last, they never even gave me the receipt. And this was all during the same interaction there!!! I have tried this place a few times hoping it will get better but every single time is worse than the last!!! Save your money that they will steal from you anyway, go...

Experiencing a closure of any business is sad especially for those who loved coming to this place. I am not sure when this dairy queen closed but when I came to get ice cream one night, as usual, it was an entire construction site. Who knows what this is going to be next, but I was quite surprised to see it under- construction. I rated this a 1 star because it does not exist. If this dairy queen was still open, a 5 star review would have been given. Edit (1/21/24): This place is now a BBQ place called "Bells Breakaway. Horrible. Waited in drive thru for rush job. Blizzards were half full looked asight and my bag got handed to me like i was just going to leave no i checked my order and a woman comes to window asking if everything was ok smh no im like why the icecream look like this? She stated the way the machine pours. But as she saying this she closing window same time. It was a slop job my banana split slop the only thing right was bag of dilly bars its packed outside n in drive thru at least give people their money worth.
