WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I visit this location quite frequently. So you can imagine my disappointment when they handled my issue very poorly. I live about a half an hour from this location and usually stop on my way home from work work. I placed an order in the drive-through and was asked to pull up while I waited for my order. I waited a little over 10 minutes before I took it upon myself to go inside and pick up my order. I live about half an hour away from this location, so i was beyond frustrated when I got home and found out that my order was missing some items. I ordered the 12 piece family meal, and paid and extra charge to have more white meat. I was missing 2 pieces of chicken and a side of mashed potatoes. I called the restaurant and was passed back and forth between the woman who took my order in the drive thru, and the packer, Christina. Christina was BEYOND RUDE. She insisted that she packed my order correctly and suggested that I bring all of the food back in for inspection. Seriously? I live a half an hour away and you want me to drive all the way back with half eaten food so you can inspect what is and is not missing? When I asked to speak to a manger, I was told he was on the roof because the air conditioning was broken. A corporation as large as Popeyes would not allow their staff to go up on the roof to inspect the air conditioning unit. They most likely have a local company contracted for such emergencies. I was then told to stop back tomorrow before 6pm to speak with a manager. When I asked for the managers name, the lady couldn’t remember. I stopped back the next day just after 530pm, and there was no manager. I was also asked if I saved the food from the day before. All this over $3? That’s all i really wanted. I just wanted to be refunded for the small side that was missing and the fee I paid to have all white meat in my meal. Read moreI had been here in the past and they were pretty good, but they seem to have stepped up their game a bit with some new sandwich options that are quite good - at least at this location. One thing I have found to be uncertain is the service quality. There are definitely some employees that are giving a lot more effort than others. I wouldn't say I've ever had truly bad service, but it has been iffy sometimes. Then again, this is a fast food place, so I'm not really expecting too much really anyway, so I don't worry about it. I do think they have very good value for the price on the food options. One interesting thing to check out is the cost of a fountain lemonade, then what they charge for buying the gallon container of the same thing. The gallon is so cheap it makes you realize just how much these places make...

Then charged me for a soda and fries when I asked for 5 Apple pies multiple times even when I got to the window. And when I tried to get them to correct the charge for things I didn’t order…they tried to give me (less then what was owed) cash and not the money back on my card. On the plus side they did eventually make it right and charged me the correct amount and received the correct 5 Apple pies I had ordered and nothing more. I was satisfied but it took forever to get correct. I felt bad for those who were behind me in line but it wasn’t exactly me who was holding up the line.
