DTLR — Local services in Caln Township

I am not one to write bad reviews. Matter of fact I have never wrote a review in my life. If there was an option to give this store zero stars I would have. Worst service ever. Went into the store with my children to get sneakers for school. My son must of picked out five or six pairs of sneakers that he liked and they did not have his size in any of them. So he picked one more pair out they finally had his size in that shoe, ( they were the Karachi red ones with the white soul ) which were on sale for $69 instead of $89. The man went to the back to get the shoes and when he came back out I tried to get the box from him but he wouldn’t let me have it, smartly he said “ I’m putting these at the register” politely I said “ I’d like to see them please”. He just walked away an placed them at the counter. My youngest son had already picked his shoes out so we went to pay, We paid and left. Still in the parking lot at my car the boys wanted to put their new shoes on so they did. My oldest was mad because the shoes he picked out were not the ones in the box. The all red Karachi’s, red sole and all, were the ones in the box. They were the ones that were not on sale. He picked out the red ones with the white sole and were on sale for 69$. Now I’m pissed cause I realize that’s exactly why the male sales guy who helped us didn’t want to give me the box and insisted he was taking them to the register. Mind you I had 140$ gift card that I was using to make my purchase. She gave me the total, I handed her the gift card (140$) and a bit confused I also handed over 15$ cash. Something didn’t seem right with the price but I just got my receipt said thanks and left. That’s when in the car we realize they gave us the more expensive shoe ( purposely I truly believe, hence the reason the man wouldn’t let us see the box) . Back in the store we explained what happened, which only happened less than 5 mins earlier. The gift card was more than enough to cover what we bought, NO cash should of left my pocket. Clearly the mistake of the employees of this store I asked for the correct shoe plus cash back. Response from the rude employee: we only give credit, NO CASH BACK. Excuse me, if I was sold the correct shoe, the shoe my son picked out, I wouldn’t of had to add cash to the gift card, so give me my money back... moral of this experience STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS WANNABE...

Horrible service! I get there at 251, there's a note on door saying due to staffing will be open at 3pm. Finally someone comes from back opens door another female comes in and stands there talking to gentlemen that was outside waiting but she has big bookbag on seeing that I'm walking to shoes so I have to say excuse me like utterly ridiculous. It was me and two other people. We did not get greeted. Or asked if we needed assistance the three teenagers there I assume workers just went in back never came back out just left us there bad customer service I don't even know why they opened! So we left after a good ten minutes and as I go to car I noticed the boy with dreads come from back they do not represent the dtlr name correctly jus terrible and I will never go back and I'm a share with others.. I go to plenty dtlrs Lancaster, deleware ect but I'm from coatesville and they have way better customer service...

I would always past this little store when I would go through thorndale to go to the dispensary and I would always be so curious but never had the time to stop so I finally made the time to stop last week and I was so surprised by the selection of such top end brands like Nike, Adidas, Puma, True Religion, etc. Omg they had infant to adult variety of clothes and shoes, they also had small varieties of fragrances, beauty products, belts, wallets, etc. I was totally surprised yall! Very nice...
