I had a terrible experience going to shirts n more to get a custom embroidery done on a hat. I was under a tight time frame which i explained to the lady that works in the front. I called a week before I dropped my hat off explained everything aswell as telling her that i am on a tight time frame. I dropped my hat off Monday 12/2 and again explained the situation and everything that i wanted on the hat showing her pictures and being VERY SPECIFIC on what i was asking for. When i returned to pick up my hat on 12/6 it was completely NOT what i asked for. After seeing this i was upset to almost the point of tears and decided to ask them if they could fix the problem that they had did and they didn’t instead they proceeded to give excuses saying that the man who ruined my hat was not there and other excuses to cover the mistakes they did. I would never go here for any custom work or anything. When given directions they are not the best at following them. 0/5...
