The food quality has been good. Its only plus. This restaurant accepts phone orders but will often tell me prep times that are far less than the actual time the food has taken to be finished. Often been told 15 minutes, I'll arrive after 25 minutes and the food isn't ready for another 10 minutes or so. I'm Often told "we cook it fresh". On 2-4-23 I called to place an order @735. The call taker seemed to be in a hurry. No big deal. But when I ask him to repeat his answer to my question he snapped and aggressively said "I just told you...." I told him to cancel the order. We both hung up. That was it for me. He called my back 4 minutes later and apologized and asked did I still want to order. I said no ( my only response). He then told me to never call that location again also saying he apologized and was really busy and almost didn't answer the phone at all to take orders. I explained that it wasn't cool to take his bad night out on me and apologizing doesn't make me want to order anything right then, I had made other arrangements. Read moreOn 9/26/23. I visited this restaurant. My first and last time !! Immediately upon entering I was hit with a ranked smell, the environment not well lit, dirty and had overturned tables. There was no lighted display of the restaurants menu. Instead there were menus taped to the counter. The male person behind the counter made it a point to tell me that the prices had changed from what was a listed on the taped tattered menus. Let’s also note that male person behind the counter had a horrible cough to match his horrible attitude. Despite all this I needed to pick up dinner for my family so Against my better judgment I purchased the following, perch (5) pieces and wings (6) pieces $27.00. The food was horrible and spoiled. As soon as I took the food out of the bag I could smell that it was rotten. The smell was pungent that it left an foul odor in my vehicle. I’d just got off work after a 12 hour shift. If I had not have been exhausted I would have went back out the same night for a refund. I went back the next day and the restaurant was closed. I left the rotten food at the front door. Honestly public health needs to be called.

I placed an order prior to picking it up, get there I asked for my food and ask the lady do I need to give you my number ( to verify my order ) she say, “ did I ask you for a number?! ) I brushed it off. I then asked her for mild and hot sauce again she continues with the attitude and say you don’t need to tell me to give it to you give me a chance to give it to you first! So I asked her for her name she tells me Denise, and they cooperate number she writes down a number that goes to a car insurance number ( a fake number ) the manager or who ever he is he’s literally always there it’s a white guy accepted this ladies behavior and did not help me.
