One of your employees told me that I didn't have the right to feel mad after he told me that he didn't have my order. MIND YOU I was in the store 15 min before and he told me it would be a 10 minute wait. So I was upset that he didn't tell me the first time that there was no order and i had waited for no reason. After addressing that to him he proceeded to search around and he eventually found my order. The problem had been that he cashed it out before it even got into my hands(why would he do that?)so on his screen it said he didn't have the order AT ALL. once the situation was cleared up I was still upset but not at him, at the situation itself(Mistakes happen i understood that). I told him i have a right to be mad and he said, "[no you don't. No one has the right to be mad]" I didn't go to pizza hut for a therapy session. I went to pick up a delivery. I want to also point out that I was respectful even tho I was mad. Your employee escalated the situation. Once he set the order down I asked was the pasta in there because I didn't see it. He just passive aggressively repeated the name of my order, as to say that everything was there instead of simplying just replying with a yes. I then, overwhelmed by everything that just happened, called him out of his name as i was leaving because at the point i blamed him for our interaction. The only thing I am apologizing for is disrespecting him by calling him out of his name. It was uncalled for and rude. However, i do not apologize for respectfully defending myself while your employee was clearly trying to antagonize me. I genuinely just dont understand why he felt the need to comment about my attitude when i know for a fact that I was still respectful. Could he not grasp the situation and see it from my perspective? Read moreThis is one of the most unprofessional Pizza Hut that I've ever been to. When I walked into the restaurant on Saturday July 3rd their were two employees sitting on crates to the left of me. It was a young lady and a young guy talking to each in a low tone. No one was at the counter. I stood there and waited for someone to assist me while employees continued to walk pass me without asking if I wanted to pick up, or place a order. This lasted for about 5 min. Then, the young lady got up from the crates she was sitting on to take my order. So you mean your were the cashier this entire time, while I stood here. She took my order and stated it would be ready in 10min. I sat in my car, came back in 10 min. When I walked in it was another person at the register, this time a young man. He asked me my name, after I told him, he said he didn't have a order for me. I then told him what I ordered which was the chicken Alfredo with bread sticks, also 2 cups of marinara sauce. He still couldn't find my order. So he turned around and told the other employees to make what I order. So the young lady took my order, I paid for it, gave my name , and you telling me I don't have a order smh. So I had to wait about another 10min to get my food. Then I finally get it, I go to my car. I noticed my two marinara sauce was missing. By this time I was really irritated. I went back in and told them they didn't give me my two marinara sauces. I spoke with four different customer service representatives from the call center hub between 9:30 and 10 pm as I had still not receive my pizza. No one could reach the local store or offer any advice as to how to proceed other than canceling my order. I was only offered a refund and told customer service representatives could not offer compensation for my wasted time and aggravation. They could only continue to try to connect me to the local store. That is not customer service at all. That is dispatching. One of the representatives even lied, fasting he had no access to the order, couldn't tell me what I had ordered or what time the order was placed. Interesting, because the other representatives I spoke to could absolutely see that information. I was then hung up on.
