UPDATING recent August 27th visit. I stand in line behind a couple of difficult male customers, then when Im finally able to see what I went there for, the pans were 1/4 filled, looked very dry and unappealing. When the server asked what I wanted and I stated I had changed my mond as the food was NOT fresn, she just said OK. NO offer to ask fir more. I left. This location has consistently hasmd massive turnover resulting in lower quality - my major reason as to why I usually pick up.
I don't go as often as before. After several years (4-5) and the menu only caters to Teriyaki (several of those), and all things chicken. We're asked for suggestions, but it appears they get tossed. I know mine have been discarded as it's been about 5 years old and I've never seen a suggestion I/We submitted even on a Limited time...
Then too their sales must be declining because the Survey feedback rewards that didnt need to be used so quickly, now must be redeemed in under 10 days or they are lost.
It was nice when I /we didn't feel strong armed into dining two or more times a week on their limited food menu.
I have now come to believe they are experiencing a decline in customers causing them to make changes that I/we believe we're not well thought out. Less than 2 weeks to redeem - really!

Read moreThis place is horrible. Stop in today this place was not open at its proper time , so I sat for 15 minutes waiting. So once I got in I was the second customer behind a metro worker . Who decided to take rice since the the noodles wasn’t ready. So I informed the cashier I wanted noodles so I waited. The next client walks up and wanted noodles also , but instead she asked what their order and proceeded to write their order down on the container. I step to the counter to inform the cashier she can take my order so I don’t have wait longer . Finally the noodles arrive and she proceeded to take the client after me first and prepare the order . So I said hey I been waiting for you to open then I waited for noodle and now you have tha audacity to take someone before me. Totally unacceptable, so I allow her to wait on the lady so she was not put in the middle. So after this ordeal I decided not to eat here. I visit panda express is all over and this is the first one that I would never return to. The service was horrible and the manager himself was no help who didn’t even justify or try to correct the situation . He was a horrible manager. They sent an email saying I could track my order with an eta. I called because I checked the eta and it went from 3mins away to 7 mins away and the car literally was driving in the opposite direction of my house. A very rude young lady picked up the phone, I explained to her what was happening and she told me I needed to call the delivery service I used. I told her I ordered directly off your website I don’t have any other number to call and she told me try door dash or Uber eats and hung up. I called back numerous times and she kept picking up and hanging up on me. I told my husband to call from his phone and she answered, I asked can I speak to the manager she told me no manager was there and hung up again. I then called from my sons phone in which a manager by the name of Hector picked up and said he’s been there the entire time, but was busy with other guests.
