I am a frequent customer here & on 26 June 2025 at approximately 1052am I am no longer a customer. My experience here was utterly disappointing I must admit! while ordering my wild mix berry bowl I did not mention to take the almonds out which I usually do but, this day I forgot. So, when I noticed something different being added (almonds) to the bowl before my order was given to me I said something to staff.
I immediately mentioned this to the team member named Dic that I couldn’t have almonds because I was allergic. I also reiterated & informed the team member who help with my order named Rik and he said okay. Rik then proceeded to inform the person making the orders and words were exchanged but I could not hear what was said.
I observed what I thought was a new bowl being made but it was NOT. (I found this out later) I informed the team member that I admitted to not saying I didn’t want almonds when I initially order but, the order was NOT complete at the time I observed the almonds being placed inside the bowl which is why I said something immediately!!!
When I returned to my vehicle and begin to eat, as I stirred to mix the bowl I immediately noticed there were almonds, and this was AFTER I explicitly informed them of my allergy. So, when I returned to the store and inquired about the almonds RIK! told me “the STORE WOULD BE LOSING MONEY!!! IF HE WOULD HAVE MADE ME A NEW BOWL “ And that is why he gave me the bowl that was MADE INITIALLY (WITH) the almonds inside!! Even though I made them aware BEFORE THE BOWL WAS FINISHED AND GIVEN TO ME!! “ I AM ALLERGIC TO ALMONDS”.
I’m utterly disgusted and disappointed!! & When ask to speak with a manager he informed me there was no manager in the store which is a big question in itself. I almost MUST add the store was empty they had 1 other customer and two who walked in as I exited, so they weren’t to busy to remake the bowl when I initially asked!
Are people’s lives NOT important anymore over and additional 2 minutes for making sure the people who bring business and money??
If you have kids I would not bring them to this store Especially if they have an allergy !!! Customer service here is TERRIBLE I...
Read moreI know they are fairly New to this location and I am extremely happy to have them near. (I don't have to drive over to 95th anymore) However they need to be more consistent with the making of their smoothies. I've had at least 4-5 so far and they are either super thick or super liquidy. I would lke them to be more in the middle of the two. At least if it's thick(er) I have to take my time w/it and am fulffilled. When it's super thin or liquidy i'm done too fast and less fulfilled. this is usually my lunch.
Customer service is good, they just need better consistency with the preparation of the smoothies. I've had the super green salad. GOOD. I've had the Carribean Jerk wrap good. the smoothies, yea needs some work..
