Asked for 545 pick up, at 605 I politely asked the older gentleman "working" the counter (no one standing and waiting was acknowledged or asked if they needed help, ever) if the order for me was ready, since my App and the website both said "Edith" checked my order for perfection at 546." He told me that is "just "computers" and never accurate. He was very rude and dismissive and turned and walked away as I was trying to ask him why the App told me it was ready to pick up 20 minutes ago if it wasn't. I flagged him down 10 minutes later after trying several times to get his attention unsuccessfully, and asked if maybe my order was sitting on the shelf since it was now 30 mins after pick up time. He once again rudely told me to "just wait" and "hey, it's Saturday" and "I just clocked in so none of this is my fault."
A very unprofessional experience, this is the second time in two weeks something ridiculous has happened at this same location. He is the rudest most disrespectful manager! how did he even get this position???? he was not willing to correct my order AND HUNG UP ON ME! haha wow, how does he even still have this job! It gets better, when i walked in Phillip was threatening another customer and telling him to come at him! this customer was also hung up on AND Philip was not willing to help correct orders! he said if you don't pay what is owed then you don't get your food. He said it's not my fault you guys don't know how to add coupons. Call corporate next time not me. Then Philip called the COPS on the other gentlemen next to me lol. Philip was the one who threatened the customer, so weird lol. by the way....another worker there told me before i left, that this wasnt the first time Philips treats people this way...........hope he didnt spit...
Read moreHad messed up a order online and noticed as soon as i placed it I called the store to ask them if they could change one of the pizza so it would be right. I called no more then two min after placing the order and the proceeded two tell me that they couldn’t change it because it was already done. Witch was a blatant lie there is no way you can cook and make a pizza that fast and still take 40 min to deliver it when your down the street from me as well as being rude and have a attitude towards me on the phone ended up just canceling the order over the phone witch apparently was not problem at all and ordered a new one. Customer service is definitely something that needs to be worked on at this store. I’ve personally worked in food for over 3 years so I understand how it feels but the way this was handled shouldn’t be acceptable. Hope someone from corporate sees this and works on the customer...
