Don't make a mistake with your order. Employees and management will refuse to assist you and likely be rude.

Edited after owner response: My order was placed at the wrong store. I called and asked for it to be cancelled because I was out of town. The "options" they gave was actually just one: come and get it. I only ended the call with the employee after a five second silence. There was no attempt to make good.

The employee on the phone wasn't rude, but the response email I received was fairly backhanded. "We hope you order more carefully in the future."

A refusal to cancel the order, no attempts to make things right, and doubling down on it are wild. I spent five years in food service managing various restaurants, corporate and family owned. You won't find this disrespect for the customer anywhere but...

The manager here is always busting his behind, and it shows. You can tell he cares and has its success in mind. Keep an eye on what your combo includes. Generally, they won't offer you the free cookie unless you ask for it. They give an ample amount of toppings, and when you ask for double, they happily oblige.

This Subway does not take coupons. I went there today (7/7/23) for my lunch, only to find this out.
