Don't make a mistake with your order. Employees and management will refuse to assist you and likely be rude.
Edited after owner response: My order was placed at the wrong store. I called and asked for it to be cancelled because I was out of town. The "options" they gave was actually just one: come and get it. I only ended the call with the employee after a five second silence. There was no attempt to make good.
The employee on the phone wasn't rude, but the response email I received was fairly backhanded. "We hope you order more carefully in the future."

Generally, they won't offer you the free cookie unless you ask for it. They give an ample amount of toppings, and when you ask for double, they happily oblige.
