For starters, trying to get tickets and there's only 2 registers open. You are forced to pick your seats in a computer screen instead of being able to walk in and pick where you want to sit which leads me to the main problem. The very front row, row G should not even exist in the theater. I know front row can be bad, but you would be literally looking straight up and not be able to see the movie very well at all. Not to mention it simply smelled like it hasn't been properly cleaned in months in the auditorium we went into for the movie. There's no way anyone could possibly enjoy watching a movie like that. Which then leads to the problem of this theater not wanting to refund the money for the tickets because someone couldn't have enough common sense to not have seats that close to the screen. I was offered another time for the movie we wanted to see but after waiting 15 mins in line for tickets, going into the auditorium that reeked, and then finding out no refunds .... I am done with this theater. I usually go to the mall in Zanesville to watch movies but I heard the seats at this theater had changed and wanted to check it out. This theater can keep the money I wasted there, cause they will never get another penny from me. I understand it is not the employee's fault that works there, but who ever is in charge of that place needs to step up and get stuff right or step out. The policy on refunds need to change and the seating arrangement needs to change. It is my recommendation that if you have a choice, go...
Read moreI drive about 35 mins to see movies at this theater. Thereâs only 3 within a 35 mile range from me and thatâs Zanesville, Coshocton and here, and Iâd pick this one eveytime.
The staff is super friendly.
Itâs rarely super packed and if it is, the line moves quick.
The theater itself has a nice lobby and set up. Arcade machines, claw machines etc
The concessions arenât horribly priced.
They DO have souvenir popcorn buckets and cups for certain movies
They have reclining leather seats. Theyâre very comfy and roomy.
I believe they offer about 8 different movies at a time!
Each theater/auditorium is different, some have smaller screens and fewer seats; some are bigger screens and have up to 100 seats.
They have $5 tickets all day Tuesday.
They offer a FREE loyalty card. You can earn points with every $1 spent to use on tickets and food. Other theaters charge you $9.99 a month for promotions like this!
You can use to your loyalty card to get free popcorn on Tuesdayâs, for every ticket purchased. So if you have a family of 8, everyone gets a free medium popcorn đłđż
There have been times where theyâre out of ice, or once the heater was out so the theaters were a little chilly, but they give you...
Read moreWe were told if we come back in 30 minutes or less, after buying popcorn n drinks that we can have free refills. We did just that. We were refused popcorn because they were Going to be closing the concession stand and they wouldnât pop corn I asked why they would tell us something and not stand by it. The manager was rude and said she will not pop more again. Then my husband went to another movie because we were here with our 4 grandchildren and he just simplified the ticket orders as the line was large. He was trying to be respectful of others. No big deal, or so we thought. The manager was relentless and decided to be mean making sure he returned to the movie he paid for... although they cost the same. Thatâs not all. We went to go outside for A quick cigarette, she was following us and so my husband asks her if he can please have her name, she stuttered for an answer and then said âNOâ!! She is the MANAGER for heavens sake! I canât believe how awful our...
