I drive about 35 mins to see movies at this theater. There’s only 3 within a 35 mile range from me and that’s Zanesville, Coshocton and here, and I’d pick this one eveytime. The staff is super friendly. It’s rarely super packed and if it is, the line moves quick. The theater itself has a nice lobby and set up. Arcade machines, claw machines etc The concessions aren’t horribly priced. They DO have souvenir popcorn buckets and cups for certain movies They have reclining leather seats. They’re very comfy and roomy. I believe they offer about 8 different movies at a time! Each theater/auditorium is different, some have smaller screens and fewer seats; some are bigger screens and have up to 100 seats. They have $5 tickets all day Tuesday. They offer a FREE loyalty card. You can earn points with every $1 spent to use on tickets and food. Other theaters charge you $9.99 a month for promotions like this! You can use to your loyalty card to get free popcorn on Tuesday’s, for every ticket purchased. So if you have a family of 8, everyone gets a free medium popcorn 😳🍿 There have been times where they’re out of ice, or once the heater was out so the theaters were a little chilly, but they give you advanced notice.

Updated from 3 to 5 stars. Here's why: #1 They improved the overall experience by adding new powered recliners. They were super soft, spacious, and comfortable! #2 The value is fantastic. It was only $5 per person tonight, but we also got a free tub of popcorn for taking their loyalty card. Apparently, you get a free tub on Tuesdays if you present your card. Other stuff: The young lady at the counter was professional and courteous. It didn't take long to get in, get the snacks/drinks, and get seated for the movie. Their movie selection was pretty competitive. There was nothing playing in Zanesville that I wanted to see that they didn't have. Their arcades are old, but who cares? If you want a classic movie theatre experience for the family or date night, this is it at a great value. Note: they do have 3D movies

Was at the theatre Tuesday, September 12th, employees were very polite and nice as always. Theatre is always clean and popcorn always fresh, overall it’s a great experience. Only problem was an extremely loud and rude woman. She was texting and the manager happened to come in, he was very polite and asked her to please stop texting. She was extremely offended and continued to text after he left. After the movie, we overheard her loudly complaining and outraged that she was asked to stop texting! So just incase she sees this, I took some pictures for her. Edited to add, after reading some reviews, Regina Bradford, I’m betting this was you. You say your text was about a family member passing. But yet you stayed for the movie?

For starters, trying to get tickets and there's only 2 registers open. You are forced to pick your seats in a computer screen instead of being able to walk in and pick where you want to sit which leads me to the main problem. The very front row, row G should not even exist in the theater. I know front row can be bad, but you would be literally looking straight up and not be able to see the movie very well at all. Not to mention it simply smelled like it hasn't been properly cleaned in months in the auditorium we went into for the movie. There's no way anyone could possibly enjoy watching a movie like that. Which then leads to the problem of this theater not wanting to refund the money for the tickets because someone couldn't have enough common sense to not have seats that close to the screen. I was offered another time for the movie we wanted to see but after waiting 15 mins in line for tickets, going into the auditorium that reeked, and then finding out no refunds .... I am done with this theater. I usually go to the mall in Zanesville to watch movies but I heard the seats at this theater had changed and wanted to check it out. This theater can keep the money I wasted there, cause they will never get another penny from me. I understand it is not the employee's fault that works there, but who ever is in charge of that place needs to step up and get stuff right or step out. The policy on refunds need to change and the seating arrangement needs to change. It is my recommendation that if you have a choice, go...

We were told if we come back in 30 minutes or less, after buying popcorn n drinks that we can have free refills. We did just that. We were refused popcorn because they were Going to be closing the concession stand and they wouldn’t pop corn I asked why they would tell us something and not stand by it. The manager was rude and said she will not pop more again. Then my husband went to another movie because we were here with our 4 grandchildren and he just simplified the ticket orders as the line was large. He was trying to be respectful of others. No big deal, or so we thought. The manager was relentless and decided to be mean making sure he returned to the movie he paid for... although they cost the same. That’s not all. We went to go outside for A quick cigarette, she was following us and so my husband asks her if he can please have her name, she stuttered for an answer and then said “NO”!! She is the MANAGER for heavens sake! I can’t believe how awful our...
