Primo Cambridge — Restaurant in Cambridge

Came here for the first time and will be my last. I order a small pizza and chicken wing dinner (i tried ordering a sub but their grill "wasn't working")at 5:07 they tell me 20 minutes. I go in and the man at the register sees me and my kids come in and TURNS his back towards the kitchen for whatever reason as I stand there for a few seconds the lady IN THE KITCHEN greets me and he then turns around and asks "did you order for pick up" no hello, hi nothing. I answer him and by now it's almost 5:40. He tells me a few more minutes I wait 8 more minutes until the food is handed to me I say thank you and he says NOTHING. HE TELLS ME 20 MINUTES AND THE FOOD TAKES OVER 40 MINUTES. I get home open the chicken wing dinner and there goes 5 BABY CHICKEN WINGS. I definitely took a picture and will be posting on here. I ordered a buffalo chicken sub with blue cheese, bacon and tomato. I received two pieces of cardboard like chicken (fried super hard) with no buffalo sauce, mayo on the bottom, tomato and a few chips of bacon on top. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SUB I HAVE EVER HAD. The chicken alone was hard (hockey puck) and very dry. When I called to tell them what I received they explained that they had new help in the kitchen but nothing further. He didn't even offer to fix it. That's just poor customer service. I even tipped the driver 4...

The little establishment was so cute, clean and owners/servers were so friendly and welcoming. We got pizza slices which they had a special for. The pizza was very good and the slices were large, like NY slices. I bought and walked out without our brownies, and had to return. They had them waiting for me. Anytime we're in the area, we will definitely stop by and we recommend going there. Bon...
