Bojangles — Restaurant in Camden

Rude and incompetent staff for the most part. If they talked less about things outside of work whilst at work, then they might move a little bit faster or, at the very least, get the order correct. Slow service, forgetful and rude--just slack all the way around. If you like the dirty rice; get that and then go get everything else from KFC right down the road (or go to a different Bojangles if you don't like KFC..). I've been here quite a few times and they haven't changed at all. The more you order, the more they forget. Honestly, I can't believe people still eat here. I won't be going back anymore. I can live without their dirty rice and steak biscuits. Most importantly; I can live without the incompetence and rudeness consistently shown by the staff here.

P.S. It's not really too clean inside the place either. Between the flies, gnats, dirty floors/counters/tables, etc... I've eaten inside twice -that was all it took to keep me out) , and from what I've seen and heard; the song remains the same with this...

I ordered two bacon and egg biscuits at the drive thru with crispy bacon and well done biscuits. The girl at the register handed me my order in 15 seconds and I asked her if the bacon was crispy and biscuits were well done. She said yes and I told her she was full of baloney then proceeded to drive off. Then when I got home I realized that she over charged me. They were supposed to be $1.99 each. They charged me $4.78 + tax. I called and talked with the manager and she told me I could come and get my 78 cents. I told her to forget it. The manager couldn't even do the math. It was supposed to be 80 cents anyway. This isn't the first time either. I hate freaking places like this. They don't care about the customer. I'm done with this particular place they call Bojangles. Give me a break and these people want $15 per...

It took me a couple of days to write on my experience at this particular location! We drive up and place our order and before I can finish saying what We wanted, she kept repeating "is that all several times! A little red light went off in the corner of my eyes. No! That's not all and wait until I'm finish. So we pull around to get our order and it is completely wrong!!! My husband says, this is not what we paid for. There's a second young girl making drinks with a nasty attitude. Now I've a two for one deal on attitudes! There's three people in a window.The only bright spot about this visit was Ms. Frances whom went above and beyond to correct our order. Usually our food is good, but that day it tasted just like their attitudes nasty. Respect will take take you further than...
