KFC — Restaurant in Camden

IF I could give ZERO stars as a review I would! I traveled from Columbia and am tired, felt like getting some pot pies from KFC tonight on my way home. (I live in Camden) I arrive there with intentions of ordering SIX pot pies and two drinks. I see the drive thru line is crazy long and wasn't moving so I park and walk inside thinking it'll be faster. I step inside to get on line with THREE people waiting ahead of me. I stood quietly waiting.. then after 5 minutes one of the three people in front of me on line turns and says excuse me as he passes to LEAVE. He seemed angry too. Clearly he didn't want to wait I thought to myself. There I stood waiting.. and then I heard a gentleman behind me on his phone and he was saying "yeah I've been waiting at KFC 20 minutes trying to get my order". Needless to say NO ONE came to the register to take the other two peoples orders that were waiting in front of me, and from what I could see one woman was working. She was trying to fill the order of the man that was on his phone. Long story short I did wait 15 minutes behind the two people that were left in front of me, and then I walked out like the other customer did. I drove back over the bridge to the OTHER KFC, in Lugoff again I skipped the drive thru, walked inside, there were 3 people in front of me I waited SECONDS it seemed, I ordered my SIX pot pies, two drinks, and I WAS CALLED TO GET MY POT PIES BEFORE I EVEN GOT TO PUT MY LID ON MY DRINK!! I was out the door within about 2 or 3 minutes!! So anyone reading this - moral of the story is THE SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT here, they are slow and apparently UNDERSTAFFED!!! Save yourself time and aggravation and head straight to KFC in Lugoff!! Now I understand why costumers before me walked out, and it's why I did too! I'll NEVER EVER GO TO KFC IN Camden...

Total chaos! One person running the dining room register, poor thing was stretched thin. Two cashiers in the drive thru were arguing, not a good look! I spent almost $60.00 and half my order was wrong. Also cleanliness was a big issue for me. The cashier was taking orders, handling money, even went and locked the dining room doors without washing her hands. She also was expediting her own orders which meant no gloves. Not sure if it's management, employees or a mixture of both, but Camden KFC is NOTHING like it use to be. I'd settle for the Lugoff...
