I ordered a specialty burger added a tomato. Extra 30 cents. No problem. I got the sandwich, tomato was size of a quarter. Showed the manager at the window and she rudedly said "Pull up and I will get you some more". I pull up feeling like WOW DID THAT JUST HAPPEN. While manager sighed rudely and turned away. Nice employee, Antoinisha, brings me out a cup, a drinking cup with tomatos in it. She apologizes and I politely give her my entire order back. I understand this is a new start but that was deplorable. I got a refund and I left and went across the street to McDonalds, although Burger King was my 1st choice. I understand Fast Food but customers dont want you throwing the bag at them, not being greeted with a smile or a hello nor the Manager being rude. The manager should correct issues not create them. This was very distubing. Especially after as soon as my Granddaughter and I pulled across the street to McDonalds, we got a smile, a nice greeting, pleasant transfer of food and a most thankful, Come back again. Please do better with Training or employ workers who treat customers as they would want...
Read moreBurger King is normally one of my favorite places to eat but tonight really put them at the bottom of my list. We sat in the drive through for 20 min, after about ten min I drove around to see if anyone was working and there was someone at each window just not taking our orders. So we drove to the door and of course they were locked! We got back in line and they took two peoples orders and then we just continued to sit and wait. After about another 10 min a worker came out and told us they were CLOSED. There was about 6 people waiting in the dang drive thru and were scheduled to close at 11, they sat and waited to close at 9 while we all waited patiently in the drive thru. I understand being short staffed or whatever the case may be but us sitting there for 20 min with all the lights on, no cones in the drive thru or anyone having the decency to at least speak back through the voice thing to tell us ANYTHING is completely unacceptable. Read moreWhen a customer calls to inform you about food not tasting right, PLEASE LISTEN... Everyone is not looking for something free. I called to inform them that our French Toast sticks had a peppery taste and after taste burning sensation, and they should check it out... Instead of listening to my concerns, the employee responded with "No, they cook by themselves." I replied, "I don't want anything free, the French Toast stick taste weird, and everyone in my household stated the same thing." Maybe it's a bad batch, maybe someone spilt something in the grease, maybe someone split something on them after they were cooked. It's better to be safe than sorry, when it comes to people's health... Instead of trying to debate a customer about their experience. Smh.
