I wish I could give less than 1 star, negative would be more accurate.... Went here today at 6pm, the only reason I went at all is because they weren't busy, 3 maybe 4 cars in the parking lot. Parked at one of the drive in spots, hit the button, waited 10 minutes. A lady pulled up beside us and got service instantly, which should have been the red flag i needed.... So I pull around to the drive thru, had to give my order 3 times until the girl on the intercom got the order right... pulled around, got our drinks, and was asked to pull forward. We waited over 25 minutes, watching at least 15-20 people behind us get their orders and go around us. When we finally got our food, the order was wrong and fries were stale and cold, so my husband went up and knocked on the door and was greeted with attitude, but the girl said she would fix it. Through the door he said he could see that the boy working the drive in spots was scrolling facebook, and the girl working the frier was also completely lost in whatever was on her phone as well. We waited another 15 minutes, just to have the correct order, but it was made wrong. My sandwich was missing ingredients. My husbands sandwhich was missing ingredients and was also cold through and through. We left, refusing to deal with the obvious lack of ability of these people any more. We ordered 3 blasts. Waited 20 minutes even though it was not busy. As we are waiting in the drive through , I see a worker put toppings in a sundae and then wipe his hands on his pants. I mentioned this to the girl at the window (when she asked us to pull forward even though there was no one behind us) she said " YEAH, I DONT EVEN EAT HERE". So, that was very comforting. I'm very glad that I spent $15 on ice cream that may or may not have spit and or whatever else from the back of a 16 year olds work pants. Freaking gross. Then some little attitude queen brings out blasts out and just hands them to me. Doesn't tell me what's what or even greet us. I asked if she was doing okay and she gave me the stink eye. It's seriously ridiculous that this is how business is run here. Won't be going back, that's for damn sure. Hire some adults please., these little zit faced kids have no respect or professionalism or the realization that people that make orders, are who are funding your little paycheck....

After repeating his correct order, they gave him a vanilla shake, which I discovered when he got home with it. I NEVER make complaints, I shaky just never go back, but this time I thought I should tell someone. I was only calling to tell them they have us the wrong shake after waiting such a long time. Before I could finish my sentence after I said he waited 30 min, the āmanagerā Lauren immediately cut me off and had a major attitude, telling me how short-staffed they were! How unprofessional!! All I was going to say was that they gave me the wrong shake, I wasnāt asking for anything or coming back for the right one.
