Dunkin' — Restaurant in Camden

I arrived, through the drive through, with 2 gift cards, ordering a bacon & egg croissant (with no cheese), medium sweet ice tea w/little ice, and 1 glazed donut. I informed the young lady that I needed a receipt before I gave her the change that she claimed that I owed, after supposedly using the 2 gift cards first. Unfortunately, this mean mugging young lady, after handing me my food, then handed me my change, then went to hand me my drink, so I asked for my receipt. Here it is, she then tells me that she threw my receipt in the trash, claiming that she stated this as she walked away from the window. WHAT!!!! She never stated this, but had the nerve to continue to mean mug me with an attitude!! I asked her to hand me my receipt from out of the trash because I wanted to make sure she used the 2 gift cards towards my order. She then told me she couldn’t do that because the receipt was gone, with an attitude as if I did something wrong to her!! I then requested to speak with a Manager or Supervisor, where she claimed there wasn’t anyone there except for the cashiers. What a crock of bull!! I have to make sure I request my receipt in the beginning and in the middle to hopefully receive my receipt(s). This young lady, and I’m trying to be polite, needs to be checked by Management or they’ll loose business because they’ve definitely lost...

I haven’t come to this Dunkin’ Donuts in years and I mean years and all of a sudden I try to stop in and grab a bagel with coffee. I asked him to toast a bagel with cream cheese. They told me they toast the bagel and it wasn’t toasted when I get home, they eat it as garlic cream cheese on it. This is one of the reasons I hate this place. They’re always in a rush for everything and never do nothing right that’s why I stop coming to this place. I came in because they told me they remodel everything and before it is so trashy and employees looked so trashy and ghetto but the only thing that has changed is that they remodel But they still act unprofessional and always in a rush to make anything I had to throw away what I ordered you do not go to this place. You will be disappointed. Don’t waste your money...

definitely would not recommend coming back here if they have that brown bald man working here. on 08/03/2024 he refused to use the dunkin app coupon because we ordered the “wrong sizes” . we ordered the correct sizes, he even said he’d play the recording back to prove us wrong. - we told him to play it then so he’d see that we did say the right size and if he can just please scan the coupon so we can get our moneys worth. he then went on belittling us while talking to us like we were his kids. don’t waste your time coming to an establishment where the workers egos are too big to admit they made a simple mistake. to the point where they will refuse you just for telling them they should play the recording back because he was wrong. they can delete this review too- i’ll make sure...
