Los Amigos Bakery — Restaurant in Camden

I ordered a cake for my sons 3rd birthday from this bakery. I looked at the photos they have posted on google and I was sure they knew how to do this simple cake I requested. I sent photos of the cake I wanted and I will post a comparison of the cake I received. They charged us $240 for this cake which is expensive but reasonable if the cake had looked good and tasted good. Instead we were given a cake that looked like a child made it and tasted dry. The cake was given to my husband with no box in the pouring rain so the entire top of the cake was damaged before my sons party making it look 100x worse than it already was. I wanted a simple checkered design made of fondant icing. They used a thick sticky blue icing and printer paper for the design. The bakery agreed the cake would be ready at 12 the day of my sons party and when my husband went to pick the cake up it wasn’t ready yet. he didn’t call me before leaving because we were already late for my sons party. Horrible experience! They made my cake so dry and only added milk to the center,(when Its supposed to be in the entire cake) I made a complain and they sent another cake so small a big difference of what I paid for. Completely ruined my birthday party. The customer service horrible they blame me for not saying every detail that they should know already.
