Panda Restaurant — Restaurant in Pennsauken Township

I should have shared this post over a year ago when it happened unfortunately I was washing clothes in the area and I called and made an order for white rice and general tso's somehow someway I got the wrong order and I bring my food back to the restaurant and they explained to me that that wasn't their back or their container then I ran into the delivery driver and come to find out he was delivering for two different places and Panda didn't even know that I had to call the cops take pictures of the fact that he had two different sets of bags into different sets of platters in the back of his car my money was not refunded my order was all messed up and to believe that I had to actually call the cops on them and the cops told me to take it to civil court yes I got a report number and everything like that but I'm just so happy that now we're living in the world where I can leave my post and express my feelings so others can see what I went through. It isn't my fault that your delivery driver was working for two different restaurants it isn't my fault that you guys were very unprofessional even when the cops arrived Pennsauken police was very displeased with how they acted they called me out of my name was very disrespectful and it was...

I called 2:44pm. Once I saw it’s been over an hour I gave them a call. The lady told me the guy was on his way. So I waited. Another hour passed, I called again and was told by the same lady that the delivery guy was on his way. I asked for a discount and she just cuts me off repeatedly saying “he’s on his way!” So I hung up, and waited. 30 minutes later the delivery man came. So I sent him back. The food was cold and I was no longer interested in their food. Never will I ever order from here again. This happens more than once which I told the lady over the phone before ordering! I told her if it’s going to be long I wasn’t going to order, she promised me it wouldn’t take long due to them not having a lot of orders at the time that I PLACED MY ORDER. Never again.

You can’t tell me you guys aren’t busy and then take hours to deliver my food! Hire more drivers if...

Absolutely terrible! Ordered food for my kids and I at 6:45pm the food did not arrive until 9:50pm, those are exact numbers, not an exaggeration. I also had to call several times and each time the man said "he's on his way" through the course of 3 hours. I live only 5 minutes away. They still charged me money and the delivery man tried to charge more then how much the food was. After paying him how much was on the receipt and closing the door the man starts yelling and slamming on my door. He said I am never going to deliver here again and he also demanded the food back. He also cursed at my wife. Food was also nasty and cold. I felt like calling the police. TERRIBLE experience, I highly advise to avoid this restaurant and the terrible people...
