Porquería! Yeah I honestly wanted to give my people the benefit of the doubt! But obviously I was wrong to ignore the feedback online. This lady on the phone had no educate to say the name of the business and say good evening. I made my order and from there I asked her for sweet plantains. She said they didn’t have any and went to point of hearing me talk in English and Spanish to my partner of which they wanted. Just bad service overall lying to customers about explaining the difference of portion and the food itself is soggy fries and the chicken was unclean. Everything to the one fork and three napkins was sad service and melting sauce cup. Half filled sauce cup. I give this place a 0. This is why Latinos struggle to have their business near white neighborhoods like Asian people. Disappointed. As a Dominicana like myself would I give this place an F for price, service, and taste! Loud music be professional...

Customer service was terrible. Also the girl in the front turned off the phone while I was there because she needed a break and didn't want to take orders. We waited over an hour for our food. I was super upset it was taking so long meanwhile the girl was flirting with a customee that wouldn't move from where you order at. The food wasn't good either. I was so looking forward to my yaroa because i ordered it with extra mayo ketchup on top, and guess what ?? It had none at all what kind of yaroa is that ? Food, man when I tell you I had great fritura one day and then today I got fritura patelon and a mofongo… man all of it was trash. Plátanos were so old and thick as ever, crazy I love to support local businesses and I’ve been purchasing here as a regular not going to food trucks cause I really liked their food. It was great but idk what happened man I really enjoyed it but now I just can’t afford to spend my hard earned money...
