First off .. the two brand new kiosks they've installed just inside the main entrance ( they're meant to helo alleviate the long waiting in line time just to place an order inside or drive-thru, takes 8 to 10 minutes easily. Now it's your turn to place your order with a 99.9% chance of repeating it to the cashier (It's a paycheck, nothing more) At the same time you're trying to place your order as patiently & politely as possibly you can? However they're not professionally polite, courteous accurate & attentive, hence the reason you have to repeat yourself? Management is no exception. They hired them? Certainly not for work ethic. The actual employees who do work are the cooks themselves. I've been there and still do now and then? The main reason for the long wait problem that plagues that location are the employees themselves. They're in the middle of a conversion with whichever other employees are present then? Your only trying to order then,. However now with disbelief, anger & irritation towards you. Confused and trying to find the items on the register you've ordered. Rudely repeats your order back to you, with an attitude, as if you interrupted them after they have already allowed you to approach the register when your cashier said out loud "next in line, what would you like to order?"Not looking at you then? They are very disrespectable if/and/or when they see any person that appears homeless, addicted or of lesser means. They are mean. Intentionally belittling the individual, falsely accuse the person and mock him or her in front of people inside the packed fast .. BUT SLOW food restaurant Everyone there's loud, proud & foul. Employees and atmosphere is loud, overcrowded. When you're eating you'll possibly have a few less fortunate folks either eating from the trashcan inside or people who will BS in acting like they know You, allowing them to beg to borrow a bill or burger from You? When it's the fact that they bothered you with BS while you were eating. They don't care if children and/or elderly are presen. Even through the drive thru, a person who physically can stand there for 8 or more hours a day and beg you for money? THEY'RE ABLE TO WORK & PROVIDE FOR THEMSELVES. There is always someone else in worse shape. If you are hungry, thirsty and this is the closest location. The drive thru will meet your needs best. A police officer is there during the day shift and the police station is right across the street from this location. Stay Alert and Aware of Your Surroundings, Use Common Sense Cautiously. Trust No One...
Read moreI would like to document one of the worst drive thru experiences I have ever been through in all of my 24 years of existence on this Earth. I arrived at this Mcdonalds location at around 10:15 pm last night. I waited in line for 25 minutes, displaying extreme patience as I watched cars leave from the line minute by minute. Finally, at 10:40, I was able to pull up to the speaker box. I was told by the employee working drive thru at the time to "hold on one moment please". Being considerate and understanding, I agreed to wait a lil while longer. 5 minutes go by and I still have gotten no word from the speaker. I proceeded to yell at the speaker in order to get a response, but to no avail. At this point, I have waited in line for a total of 35 minutes, unaware of the passage of time. I drove out of line and decided to drive past the drive thru windows slowly to see whats goin on inside. To my surprise, THERE WAS ONE PERSON WORKING IN THE KITCHEN!?! I seen no manager, no other employees in the area. One girl in the window and one girl in the kitchen. This McDonald's location needs new management for the nightshift because this inconvenient situation just discredited me from ever going to this establishment ever again. The level of professionalism is in this place is non existent and i will warn other about the unmotivated work efforts going on at this supposively place of business. Coperate needs to shut it down or bring in new, more...
Read moreThis is the absolute worst mcdonaldâs i have ever had the displeasure of getting food from. the workers somehow managed to mess up a small bacon cheeseburger, and have an attitude while doing such. she asked for the smallest cheeseburger possible just with bacon added. they rung up a double bacon cheeseburger. she corrected them and somehow the smaller burger instead of the double made the price go up a dollar. when she got the burger it was sure enough STILL two pattys, despite her saying she only wanted one. we also asked if they still had the grimace shakes, since the month is over we wanted to ask. they told us they did and charged us $5.09 for just the shake. when we got the shake it wasnât in the special cup that it should come with, and no whip cream. that would be okay if they had maybe told the customer that they would NOT be getting what theyâre paying for. so all together we spent 15.74 on a basic order the idiotic staff STILL managed to mess up. 0/10 recommend this mcdonaldâs....
